Peaceful getaway

Everything was as advertised. Clean, convenient, beautiful place to stay. Whether relaxing, fishing, or using as base camp to ski, hike, or explore, this place was perfect. Plenty of space for 7 of us. Would definitely recommend this home.

Perfect!

Our stay was so wonderful. We had a family of six adults and four kids, and we all had room to relax, spread out, & have some privacy too. The host made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would love to stay again!!!

Trout House Fun

Our stay was true tranquility. The property is in an excellent location with great access to everything in the area and the home itself has great area views. the check in and communication with the management team was super easy and very responsive. I definitely give the Trout House 5-stars and we will return.

Gorgeous location

This house is absolutely beautiful and in the most amazing location. The house was perfect for us. The only down side was the internet didn't work for us so we couldn't use Netflix or anything while we were there (tried resetting it but still didn't work) other than that it was a perfect stay and would 100% recommend.

Beautiful House!!

Do yourself a favor and stay in this house!! The house itself is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for a great stay. We had a family of 8 and had plenty of room. We were able to cook breakfast in the morning and then head out for the day. It is within about 1 hour of Yellowstone National Park, which is the reason we were in the area. Thanks again for a great stay!!

Beautiful views

The Trout House is a beautiful place. The pictures didn’t do it justice. It’s in a tranquil setting with beautiful Mountain View’s and a pretty creek in the back where we could watch deer, birds, horses and even saw a fox wondering through. I definitely recommend.

Perfect, comfortable and very convenient for our needs!

This home is exactly as describe, if not better! It was very clean and very tastefully decorated and comfortable! There were only 3 adults so the house was plenty big. It is in a very private and quiet location. The views of the surrounding mountains were amazing. The access to the Shields River was great and so was the fishing! We would and will rent this property again without hesitation! The road work that was nearby was no problem at all and was near completion when we continued on our trip. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful property!!!

Wonderful views and in the heart of fly fishing!

Reviewer Comments: The house is well appointed and nestled on the banks of the Shields however it is hard to access from this location due to a steep bank however if you are a fisherman you can figure it out! Rooms are comfy, bbq is not very large, kitchen is wonderful but could use some serving platters and larger pots for bigger groups. Definitely recommended.

Trout Fishing 2021

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was truly amazing-the location was perfect for fishing the boulder river, yellow stone and the galatin. The house was beautiful-very comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere that made myself and my three sons feel at home. The fishing was not great because of the low waters, but the house and Livingston made up for it- we enjoyed the breweries-the wine and cheese shop- the meat market-and fly shops. We cooked all our meals at the house in the well laid out kitchen. We would definitely recommend this house and would rebook if we fish anywhere in the area. THANKS to the owners for making our stay so enjoyable.

Nice House Suitable for Six

Perfect

Our second time staying at the Trout House, and house was just as great as 3 years ago! We extended our stay to two weeks and had no problems doing so. (October 18” snow and property mgt. came and cleared the driveway) Convenient to everything and very quiet private location! Great access to River too! This home is exceptionally clean and well taken care of! I look forward to returning to Montana and if we do we will be back to the Trout House!!!

Highly Recommended

Very clean and well maintained property. Everything you need was at the property just as description says. Very well stocked kitchen with new appliances. Open floor plan for easy traffic flow and coziness. WiFi was a little weak for streaming tv but that is truly the only thing we noticed. Lots to do in the area. We went utv trail riding two days. Lots of public trails within an hour drive. Everything about property is exactly as listed. Deena was very responsive throughout our entire process to include after our stay with follow up information. Thanks Deena! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a weekend getaway.

A little over an hour to Yellowstone National Park on scenic Highway 89. Minutes to downtown Livingston for shopping fine dining and some great western hospitality.
