In the winter you are 45 minutes from the largest ski resort in America, Big Sky and 15 minutes from the local hill Bridger Bowl. All VRBozeman properties are conveniently located just a block away from Main Street Bozeman making getting around very easy. If you do not have a car during your visit, it is convenient to utilize Uber/Lyft. If you are looking for speedier way around town there are rental scooters for public use seasonally. Downtown Bozeman is very walkable so if you are looking to stay around Main Street walking around can be the best way to make sure you don’t miss a thing!

**Important Information**

Vintage House is a private, two-story residence thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The main floor (V1) features two bedrooms, one bathroom, an efficiency kitchen, and a private entrance, while the upper floor (V2) includes a master suite, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a private balcony.

Located on the Vintage Estate grounds, Vintage House is a completely separate residence from Rouse House (RH), which is not included in this listing. Guests at Vintage House will have exclusive access to both V1 and V2, along with designated areas for their private use, including two off-street parking spaces.

For ease and security, coded locks provide seamless access to both suites. The exterior grounds are monitored by a security camera system, ensuring a safe and private stay.

Situated in Bozeman’s central business district, Vintage House offers immediate access to the city’s top restaurants, boutique shopping, art galleries, and nightlife, making it the perfect retreat for groups and families seeking both privacy and connection in the heart of downtown.

Video Cameras and Noise Monitoring
Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors, (they do NOT record any conversations, just decibel levels). We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment.These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors.

We take your privacy and security seriously, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable during your stay with us. If you have any concerns or questions about our security measures, please do not hesitate to contact us. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and have a memorable experience.

When booking our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Full Refund
A guest is eligible for a full refund of accommodation fees and applicable taxes if the cancellation is completed within forty-eight (48) hours of booking AND at least fourteen (14) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time.
2. Partial Refund
If the above conditions are not met, but the cancellation is completed at least seven (7) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time, the guest will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of accommodation fees and applicable taxes.
3. No Refund
Cancellations made less than seven (7) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time, early departures, or unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.
4. Merchant of Record – Payment Processing Fees
For all reservations where we are the merchant of record, all refunds are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee equal to four percent (4%) of the total transaction amount, regardless of the timing or reason for cancellation. This fee reflects third-party payment processing costs incurred at the time of booking and is retained on all cancellations, including those that otherwise qualify for a full or partial refund under this policy.
5. Third-Party Platform Fees
When a reservation is processed through a third-party booking platform, platform service fees and any other non-accommodation charges are governed by that platform’s policies and are not controlled or refunded by us.

Extenuating Circumstances Policy:
When this Policy allows for cancellation, it controls and takes precedence over the reservation’s cancellation policy. Guests that are impacted by an event covered by this Policy can cancel their reservation and receive, depending on the circumstances, a cash refund or credit can be given. If the Host is impacted by an event covered by this Policy they can cancel without adverse consequences, but, depending on the circumstances, their calendars may be blocked for the dates of the cancelled reservation.

What events are covered:
This Policy uses the term “Event” to refer to the following situations that occur after booking, are unforeseen at the time of booking, and prevent or legally prohibit completion of the reservation.

Changes to government travel requirements. Unexpected changes to visa or passport requirements imposed by a governmental agency that prevent travel to the destination. This doesn’t include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances relating to a guest’s authorization to travel.

Declared emergencies and epidemics. Government declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies. This does not include diseases that are endemic or commonly associated with an area—for example, malaria in Thailand or dengue fever in Hawaii.

Our group stayed at both Vintage House 1 & 2. The property was sparkling clean and comfortable. The property is just steps away from Main St - and we all loved walking to the Vienne coffee/bakery each morning for excellent breakfast. We brought our 18 year old son to visit Montana State University. Another son flew in to meet us. They stayed in the 2 bedroom unit on 1st floor. My wife and I stayed in the 1 bedroom above. The 2 units are separate and have separate entrances. This gave everyone their own space and privacy….. perfect for family with teens. The units were very clean and had everything we needed. The location is just 1 block of downtown Main Street which made it so easy for us to walk in town for coffee, breakfast, drinks, shopping, dinner. The location is really ideal. We had a great stay. If my son ends up choosing to go to MSU, we’d definitely go back to Vintage House. I highly t commend without any hesitation Steve

Perfect Place, Perfect Location

We utilized both flats and everything was as described and made to feel like home. The owners made sure every detail in a stay away from home was covered with the two flats. The location is perfect for visiting the cute downtown on Main Street and easy access to I-90 leads to Butte, Billings, Yellowstone , airport and many other locations. Would recommend this two flat or if only needing one of the flats. Looking forward to returns in 2024 and Happy New Year to our hosts. Thank you!

A Mixed Bag

We had high hopes for this property when we booked! By the time we arrived, the listing had been updated to show that there were two separate suites, which we knew, but the listing now showed there was NO connection between them. This was a DISASTER with small children. On the exterior, the landscaping is all dirt and mud with pipes everywhere. In addition, there are five security cameras watching you at all times, which is not disclosed on VRBO. The pipes jutting out of the driveway also precluded us from parking closer to the property entrance. Construction debris is all over the property. On the interior, the finishes are lovely, except the cowhide pillows shed all over your clothes. One light fixture in the upstairs suite bathroom was missing its glass shade. In addition, the valance to the downstairs suite main window was missing its pull so we couldn't see out at all during our stay. This property wants to be an A+ rental, but it is not ready to be rented and there needs have been much more thought in the design, such as a walk-off entrance between the two suites and a spiral staircase, as space is at a premium. Also, why put the big kitchen with the king bedroom, when a family needs the big kitchen rather than the tiny kitchen in the downstairs where there are two bedrooms with queen beds? Also, construction workers were there most days, less than 10 feet from our entrance and with little privacy. I wouldn't stay here again unless I didn't have children.
