Built in 2017 on a quiet side street near downtown, it has modern appliances, cozy, in-floor heat and heat recovery ventilation for year-round filtered, fresh air.

Rules: this is not a pet friendly home as we maintain a strict allergy free environment for guests and we don't use an harsh chemicals, perfumes, sprays. As such, no service animals or emotional support animals are allowed.

The house has a queen bed, full kitchen, full bathroom, and brand new laundry facility. Sunlight abounds from the large south facing windows and the north facing bedroom windows provide views of the Bridger Mountains.

In the crisp fall air, take a morning trail run before your Zoom session. In the winter, punch out that early to-do list and ski powder in the afternoon with just a 20 minute drive to Bridger Bowl. On the long spring days, walk 5 minutes downtown for breakfast, shopping, yoga, etc.

There's great takeout food in every direction - gastropub, South Asian, wood-fired pizza - it's all a five minute walk away. If you need a change of scenery, make our neighborhood coffee shops or breweries your forward operating base.

The homeowner lives in the main house during the winters and in this apartment over the detached garage in summer, but travels extensively for work year-round. If he is home, he’ll tell you where to find grizzly bears, ripe avocados and chilled Sancerre.

As with all Bozeman Cottage houses, the Dwell Skyview is equipped with a drip style coffee maker, coffee grinder, a starter pack of fresh, local coffee from Ghost Town Coffee, linens, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, dry goods (flour, sugar, etc), EO brand non-toxic body products, and comes with organic coffee & grinder. We also provide extensive local info on everything from where to buy real Montana meat & locally grown vegetables to great hiking trails, rafting links to restaurant coupons. We believe in local economies and know the best places!

This cottage is an unplugged, Montana getaway. With all of the great things to do in Montana we encourage our guests to spend their time exploring all the area has to offer. There is fast wireless internet, no tv. There is a brand new Miele brand washer and dryer for your use complete with all natural Dropps brand detergent pods. The house is also stocked with EO brand shampoo and body wash so no need to bring your own liquids or consume tiny hotel size plastic bottles.
