"DONT book here in early June!!! Nothing on the mountain is open. Few things were open down in Big Sky village. We booked 2 nights and checked out after the first night since there was literally nothing open, and they refused to refund us for the unused second night. Never again. Awful service."

"Not enough Handicap parking spaces, when we arrived at 5:30pm we had booked a Handicap Mobility Accessible Room but were given a standard room, called front desk and were told to wait until they could find hotel employee that was in our room to have them leave, waited 1 1/2 hours for this and when ..."
