A Villa retreat
Amazing location overlooking the lake . Room with the balcony is a bonus . Hot tub in the garden and staff all so helpful . Paula and her staff and so friendly and bend over backwards for everyone

Gorgeous property with amazing views! The spa and massages were wonderful! So peaceful and relaxing. We decided to stay an extra night because we enjoyed it so much!

Beautiful boutique hotel in a very nice area just outside of Rome. Walkable to the historic ruins and shopping/restaurants nearby, along with the clear fresh water lake. Many outdoor activities nearby as well, highly recommend the hike to the waterfall. Will be back to this hotel if we return to the area.

Absolutely fantastic!
It was absolutely amazing! The hotel was truly beautiful and stunning in every detail! Wonderful staff, delicious food, beautiful views. The atmosphere was serene and quiet. Everyone was friendly and extremely accommodating! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!! Thank you to everyone who made it so wonderful!!

We had the most relaxing 3 days. The resort is absolutely gorgeous! The staff could not have been more accommodating. Within walking distance to the town of Bracchiano. Really enjoyed the spa and the overall vibe. Looking forward to returning.
