✅️PLEASE NOTE: We have some life jackets (different size) for guests to use and we don't clean it after every guests use.
✅️Steps to beautiful Muskoka river. Great for swimming, boating, kayaking, canoeing and fishing.

👉🦟**Please be prepared/safeguard against bugs. During summer mosquitos, black flies everywhere in Muskoka and they bite.

👉 Please note, it's a traditional Cottage in wood area, please expect some falling leaves on deck. And when you're going in/out some bugs may fly inside cottage if you are not careful enough.

We use a septic system so we ask that you use only the toilet paper. All other products such as feminine products and dental floss should be disposed of in the bathroom garbage.

- Fire is allowed only on designated Fire Pit.

1. PETs are NOT allowed on the property.
2. Smoking is totally prohibited inside the house. If you smoke outside the house, please don't throw the cigarette-buds randomly, collect it and put it in the garbage bin when safe.
3. We don't allow private/commercial uncontrolled party at the house.
4. Number of gust must not exceed.

* Please clean BBQ MACHINE after using. Do not left behind the machine uncleaned. We do basic cleaning after guests' use, you have to do a optimum clean by yourself.

We expect you to follow the house rules strictly and keep the house clean and tidy when left. If you left the house messy and unclean, it could cost you a penalty charges.

=====Kayak/Canoe/Paddle Boat==
• You need to put back Kayak, Canoe and Paddle boat back to stand (up side down) after every use.
• Don't leave those on water un-attended.

⚠️Please note that we have been getting fine from the city for the last couple of weeks and it is not acceptable at all! 🚫🚫🚫

✅️All of the following different types of GARBAGE bags are required to be disposed of in the proper place: near to 148 Keith Road (see picture below for clarity)

❌️Failure to follow this cost you $100 penalty.

👉Black bag: only 1 (Garbage) – inside the big garbage bin
👉Clear bags: max 2 (Recycle-->paper, can, bottle (plastic and glass) only) – leave it outside of the big garbage bin
👉Composed bag: max 3 (only composed item, must be disposed off inside the green organic containers which is in front of our big garbage bin)

A Perfect Muskoka Retreat

If you're after a rustic country cottage experience, this rental is right in the woods and perfect for you. The three delightful cottages that border each other can host as many as eighteen people giving a lot of room for people travelling as a group or a number of families at the same time. We had so much fun here at this cabin that we plan on visiting it again next year

When we got there, there was a lot of stuff that was clearly old and worn down, broken. The drying rack in the kitchen was covered in black mold, all of the dishes were dirty when we went to use them. The bathroom door in the yellow cottage did not close. The main cottage the red one had no hot water.

Fire safety hazard, black mold and owner who lied!

Not only was this place a fire hazard with no working smoke detectors. The owner lied about it and then came and said that they were there but they weren’t and when he was cold on it, he installed new ones. One of the cabins has black mold, and while they do charge for a basic cleaning. It was very clear that this was not done. There are many other rats of the cabin from leaving plastic cables in lighter fluid against baseboard heaters to Muskoka chairs near the fire pit with nail sticking out we ended up providing full pictures and evidence on our first day to Vrbo and getting a refund. Lastly, well. verbal prize itself, and advertises itself as the owner is not being there this owner did show up and not only that stated a cabin nearby and watch us the whole weekend. I will never rent with Vrbo again. Furthermore Vrbo lied when they promised that this cabin will no longer be allowed to be on their system and clearly is still available. Shameful and completely against what they advertise. We have pictures to prove everything and we documented everything!
