"Very nice hotels clean rooms and nice people"

"I checked out after just one night because the conditions were that bad. The room was extremely dirty and clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. The curtains were stained, the walls had visible marks and grime, and there were spots and buildup in multiple areas of the room. The bathroom was especially gross — there was dirt and residue along the sink and shower edges, and it just didn’t feel sanitary at all. The bedding was unacceptable. The sheets had visible stains, which made it impossible to feel comfortable or confident that anything had been washed properly. On top of that, there were gnats flying around the room the entire time, which made the experience even worse. To make matters worse, the TV didn’t even work, so there was nothing to distract from how uncomfortable the stay was. Outside areas like the pool and stairways also looked poorly maintained and dirty, which only added to the overall impression of neglect. This place seriously needs better cleaning standards and maintenance. I would not recommend staying here."

"The room seemed clean but noticed a strange odor throughout the property. Our window was very dirty and had black mold growing, I should have taken a picture. Hopefully they will deep clean or replace them soon. When we turned on the heater briefly it smelled like smoke - very strong so we turned it off immediately. "

"We love it here. Perfect location. Reserved parking with Spothero in the same building saves $$$. Pool water is cold. Hot tub was not as hot as I like especially since the weather was cold. Room was clean. Everything worked. Only queen bed but we survived. DG in the same building and really close to everything. "

"Mattress and pillows were not comfortable. There was a lot of light that still came through the sides of the dark out shade. The sink had mold around the drain."
