"Great value! Incredible location. Would 10/10 come back here. Right on the east Aspen trail. Very accommodating and comfortable bedrooms/ master has a little cot that’s perfect for a kiddo. Host was exceptional and fast at communication. We biked or walked into town every morning and night. Had no idea how much we loved Aspen in the summer! House was super clean and spacious. Perfect family house - thanks for having us!"

"The condo was exactly as described. Spacious and perfectly located for a short walk into town. The property management service was extremely helpful and communicative. We had an issue with the washing machine; they came and replaced it without any disruption in our stay.I would note there is no AC. This typically wouldn't be an issue but there was a heat wave in CO while we are there so it got a bit warm during the day. They do however have multiple fans where you can open the windows and cool down the place.Overall this was a 5/5 experience."

"The home is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the mountains. It was really nice sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning. Peggy and her dog Bently were great hosts!"

"With the weather being so hot and windows open was a bit loud on the driveway and pool side at night. Would have liked more seating for deck or easier dinning room chairs to move about. Pool area was great! Parking was very easy for extra cars on street. Easy walk to City Market, and all things downtown!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Kerry and Brian’s property in June. The condo was immaculate upon arrival and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Kerry and Brian were attentive hosts, checking in during our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The daily housekeeping service was a lovely touch and kept the condo feeling fresh throughout our visit.The location is excellent—conveniently situated in town while still feeling peaceful and relaxing with ample parking. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace overlooking the river, as well as the pool and hot tub. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would gladly return and highly recommend this property to others visiting Aspen."
