“Clean room and nice staff.”

“Everything is clean, lots of close parking and shops and restaurants we had a great time”

“Dirty room, sheets had mud, oily wet spot, blood on mattress pad, mattress protector had urine on it. Staff weren’t able to switch rooms and don’t have fresh clean mattress protector or correct size linens. ”

“Clean room Friendly staff Very pet friendly WiFi did not work in the room TV and available stations was not good No fruit and not much of a breakfast at all. Lake view was awesome ”

“We stayed in March while they were in the middle of a huge renovation. Therefore it is best to make sure these rankings are properly framed. Our room was clean and spacious. We were however right by the entrance door from the parking lot and therefore had a LOT of noise when people were coming and going. It had a small deck but at 45 degrees with a wind off the lake, we did not sit on it! The renovation will be nice but we just wanted a place to stay for the night and it suited our needs……

“We are frequent customer's of this property. Wr opted for a second floor room. Was a great choice. We stayed in a double bed room. Beds were nicer. Only downfall were two things. We faced the parking lot it faces a busy road the traffic noise was loud. And our bathroom fan didnt work. Otherwise stay wad great.”
