“The property and staff were fantastic! The limited rooms and the spacious property. Made you feel like you had the villa to yourself. The staff were attentive and all wonderful. The multiple areas to grab food and drinks made it feel like you were in a different property. The boat ride they arrange was the cherry on top. Spectacular. If you have a chance, stay in the Varenna room. A perfect way to get your Lake Como experience on. Overall, one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. ”

“This guest house was magical! Joseph (the proprietor) bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful-- he met us late at night to check in, made us special breakfasts for our kids, arranged a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant, and so much more. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great, and the location in Lierna was absolutely perfect-- a sweet little street near the main plaza and harbor. We would return in a heartbeat!”

Definitivamente el mejor lugar para quedarse en el Lago di Como.
Acceso directo a la playa, cerca de la estación de tren, ferry y autobús.
Habitación súper moderna, espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades.
Y lo mejor de todo, las atenciones de Stefy y Bepe (los propietarios), siempre atentos y dispuestos para hacer que la estancia sea lo más placentera.
Me hubiera gustado pasar más días ahí, sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo y cuando regrese al Lago me hospedaré de nuevo con……

“The hotel was exceptionally better than I thought! It is in such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing Mountain View’s and only 1 minute away from lake como beach area behind the property. The hotel itself is a little dated but kept in excellent condition and very clean! Parking is available and the staff were incredibly nice. I would stay in this property again and highly recommend it. ”

“The property is lovely. It’s modern and very clean. Staff is great. Beautiful terrace with a stunning view. Breakfast delicious.
Negative- it is situated off of a very steep incline. It’s .7 miles uphill from the ferry dock. You can take a bus and get dropped closer to the guest house, but there still is quite a walk from the bus stop. Also, there isn’t a place on the bus for luggage. “We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed.
Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”
