「The room was extremely dirty, and the overall condition of the property was unsafe and completely unsuitable for us to stay. We were so concerned by the conditions that we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodations. Unfortunately, the photos and ratings we relied upon when making our reservation did not accurately represent the actual condition of the room. The discrepancy was so significant that we consider the online representation to be seriously misleading and fraudulent.」
