"A very quaint cottage like property with a nice outdoor sitting area. Peaceful and quiet. It is quite small and makes you organize and compact your things into a small space, but it has everything needed and I was comfortable staying there for a week. (Probably not enough room if more than two people and two people is pushing the space). The neighborhood is very nice as well. Old NE with cobblestone streets. It is walkable to the beaches, parks, downtown and Snell Isle. "

"This was such a wonderfully comfortable, roomy guest apartment! Loved the decor, amenities were abundant and well thought out. Roomy shower, stocked kitchen and super linens on the bed. The flower garden area is so welcoming, and jasmine in bloom. We were very very happy with this “find” for a weekend of attractions and a concert , all nearby and accessible . Owner’s excellent communication was a plus, and eatery recommendations were exactly what we craved. Would stay again for sure!"

"GPS directions slightly off but host quickly responded. The host stated he has tried to remedy that but could still be an issue. Amenities were great, bed was comfortable and nice towels. Quite neighborhood and would stay there again or recommend to others."

"It was a real nice stay.There is not a stove.The bath house was farther away from the camper than we thought that it would be. If it is very cool outside,you won’t want to use the outside shower . Miss Judi was a great host. We enjoyed the time that we talked to her.Her place is very pretty."

"The check-in process was quick and easy and the property was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with all basic supplies needed to cook and dine in. The furniture was comfortable and the amenities provided were SO appreciated. I forgot my hair dryer and towels...but the kind property owner didn't! "My 85 year old grandmother was released from the hospital and it was very comfortable and convenient for her and our family everywhere was far as groceries and amenities was 5 mins away "

"My only disappointment was that I thought the screen porch had a view of the lake. We were on the road side. We also needed help to get in, thank goodness a property manager was still there and came over to help us. We did enjoy the apartment, it was very clean and had everything we needed."
