    Completely renovated and modern 1823 four bedroom Federal-style colonial located in Downtown Brandon. The home sits on an acre of land that abuts the Neshobe River, steps from Brandon's shops, restaurants, brewery, bakery, art galleries, grocery store, etc.

    Enjoy refinished hardwood floors throughout; chefs kitchen including 48" double-oven six-burner stove, two dishwashers, and two sinks equipped with disposals; game room with pool and shuffleboard tables, dining room (seating for up to 12), living room with large sectional; loft area overlooking the living room and back yard, fully air conditioned, and more!. One guest bathroom on the first floor and 3 bathrooms upstairs that serve the four bedrooms. Flexible bedroom layout allows 1-3 families to comfortably reside. Property also lends itself to catered events, rehearsal dinners, fund raisers, anniversaries, holiday parties, etc. Contact the Owner to discuss options further.

    Stay with us while you are visiting the area for a wedding, college homecoming or Parents' weekend, Fall foliage, skiing, or just to relax in the natural beauty of central Vermont. Located in close proximity to Lake Dunmore, Lake Bomoseen, Neshobe Golf Club, Middlebury and Rutland. Brandon is known for it's love of art, being the home of Warren Kimble, you can find his amazing work here and many other art galleries.

We have rented a lot of houses and this has been voted #1 by my family. The kitchen was super well stocked with cookware, plates, utensils and an awesome oven/stove to cook on. The pool table, darts, and shuffleboard entertained us for hours. The cozy living room provided family time in comfort. The house is beautiful - thank you for a wonderful experience in a super cute town.

The house is gorgeous with beautiful accents that tie the house to the town history such as marble, cast iron, etc. It was nice to be a short walk to the restaurants in town and the grocery store. We enjoyed the games. The house worked out great for our family events in town. We are already planning our next stay.

This house was just great! Beautifully renovated old house with lots of amenities to make it very comfortable. The location, just off the Central Park in Brandon was perfect for restaurants and strolling the downtown. The host was attentive and easy to reach. Highly recommended this house.

Another memorable trip to Brandon VT!

Once again, loved our time in Brandon. The house is perfect for family to gather, play, eat around the giant dining room table, and then take a walk in the snow down the quaint main street. Perfect VT experience.

This home in Brandon is a real gem! Absolutely perfect for our 3 generation get-together — clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated with fantastic kitchen and living spaces too. Great location in town with short walk to market when we wanted to eat in, or restaurants when we chose to eat out. Definitely recommend!

Spacious, beautifully renovated home in Brandon

Three couples stayed in a large, comfortable, totally renovated historic home in Brandon. There was plenty of room for getting together and for privacy. The kitchen was well stocked for food preparation. Easy to walk around town check out the restaurants and shops.

Perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation!

The house was perfect in every way! We had the best setting to get together with family to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Middlebury College. One of the best!

We use Vrbo a fair amount and this was definitely one of the best all around. It was clean and comfortable, without being cluttered. The location was absolutely perfect. We loved the shuffleboard, PacMan arcade game and pool table. We had everything we needed. I am only sorry that it had to be such a short stay.

I stay here each year when I visit my son at Middlebury. I have written longer reviews previously but wanted to make sure that everyone reading knows how great this house is! We love this house!! This is the 2nd year in a row that we booked this property for a beautiful Fall weekend. The location is superb and a VERY close walk to the town of Brandon. The house is super clean and comfortable and has been completely renovated. Highly recommend staying if you come to Vermont!!
