Perfect for families, friends, or groups, this cabin comfortably accommodates 8 guests across 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Check-In and Stay Guidelines for River Town Rentals Dear Guest, As we prepare for your arrival at River Town Rentals, we wish to ensure your experience is seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. Please review the following guidelines designed to enhance your stay:



Early Check-In: To accommodate early arrivals, we kindly request advance notification. An early check-in before 4 PM incurs a $50 fee, which is mandatory and non-negotiable.



Late Check-Out: Please note that late check-out is not available. A fee of $50 will be applied for check-outs between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. For departures after 1:00 PM, a full nightly rate will be charged.



Trip Extension: For guests wishing to extend their stay, we require notification before 9 AM on the day of your scheduled check-out.



Damages: Responsibility for any damages incurred during your stay extends to all members of your party. We will communicate any damages directly, followed by an invoice for the necessary repairs or replacements. Laundry Service: Our linens are professionally cleaned and prepared for each guest.



Parties/Events: We strictly prohibit parties or events. Should we suspect such activities, we will initiate contact to resolve the matter. Failure to respond may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund.



Security and House Rules: Exterior security cameras are operational at all times for your safety. Adherence to our occupancy limits, and furniture arrangement policies is essential. Smoking is prohibited inside, but is allowed outside the property. Violations of pet rules, house rules, confirmed through security monitoring or other means, will incur a $50 fee per incident.



A detailed list of house rules will be provided 24 hours before your check-in. Your acknowledgment and compliance with these rules are imperative for a harmonious stay for all our guests.
