The mgr/owner "D.S." is super nice until you have a complaint. The rooms appeared nice until you turn on the lights, especially in the am when you have better light.Old/rundown I'm okay with, hair and fluid stains on the beds, sheets comforter, I am not. Toys, shoes, food & a dirty sock under bed ruffles/bed.
We asked for all new bedding, after some rudeness we were given some, we changed the bedding ourselves, no house keeping after the am. Zero apology. He offered to refund/change room, neither was an option. It was late and two separate rooms with kids instead of the family suite was not okay. Neither was funding another hotel as a refund takes days. The next morning when fluids and stuff under skirt/beds was found the owner choose to become a tyrant to us & his staff in front of our kids. He disgustingly accused us of making everything up to get even for not getting the original king suite we booked.
He berated all of us, staff included in the room walk through where he proceeded to point out a scratch on the mini fridge (pre existing) and threatened to charge us with replacement. As his tantrum grew he told us he was going to charge us for it. He pretended to call 911, instead called a thug friend who wildly appeared, tires screeching around the parking lot. We confirmed with PD no such call was placed.
The room, though very dated would've been great if it was clean/sanitary.
We asked only for clean bedding. Sincere apologies go a long way, he incapable, none given
