Great property. Some of the rooms were a little warm they regulate temperature throughout the day, but overall a good place to stay.

My car got hit with a golf ball
One of the king bedrooms has a low quality AC system. The back glass of our car broke by a golf ball and the management didn’t pay the repairs that were caused on their property. Table on the deck was not sturdy. The whole place needs updates.

Great stay!
This property is exactly as listed! Some previous reviews mentioned the upstairs rooms being hot and the kitchen table being cramped. It’s clear that the owners reflect on reviews and act accordingly. There were large portable ac units in the upstairs bedrooms to keep them cool and the tables were moved to allow more space. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place
It was a good stay for the most part, a few caveats. The bedrooms are well sized and spread out. The main table is in a cramped space, only really allowing 6 to sit at it or there is a lot of squeezing to pull it away from the mirrored wall. We had one issue with a breaker popping and it took a while to find the box and the water heater kept turning itself off and needing to be reset. The space worked well though for the 9 folks of assorted ages. There was a nice walk along the river close by.

The property was fantastic. We needed separate sleeping quarters for teens and this was perfect with 4 bedrooms and a hide a bed couch. Kitchen was the best equipped of any place we have stayed!!! Laundry facilities were great. Had trouble figuring out one tv but they all worked. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. River was close for fishing. Didn’t have time to take advantage of great looking golf course, but hope to go back some day

Location is great. The unit itself could use an update. Air conditioning was not cooling front bedroom, kitchen needs new pots and pans and possibly an overhaul.

Card key would not work
Access key for gate and pool would not work. Finally got it fixed but only worked one day and then didn’t work again. Other than that the stay was great but my kids wanted to swim and only got to one time because all the other days our access card would not work. Messaged the property manager several times and never got a response. Only got it fixed for that one day because I called up to cooperate on my own.

Property is clean but dated, AC is subpar.
My multi-generation family stayed here for 3 nights and it had plenty of room for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Overall, it could use a little updating. The AC is set high by housekeeping so when you arrive it is hot and the AC can't keep up to cool it down in a timely manner. There are portable AC units in the upstairs bedrooms one of which was taped into the wall and kept falling out which was frustrating and would make the room unbearably hot! The gate attendant was unfriendly and wouldn't even let us ask her a question, just rudely handed us a half-sheet of paper and said "It's all on the paper!" Which the answer to our question in fact was not on the paper. While it was decent for the price, we will definitely stay somewhere else next time we are in Branson.

We LOVED it
We loved the condo! It met our families needs perfectly. All 9 of us enjoyed our time there and there was room to spread out and relax. We loved the pool which is HUGE, and it was perfect walking distance from the condo.

Not worth the space. Dont waste your $$
I have stayed at point royal 3 different times this year. This time there were 8 of us so i thought this would be comfortable for us because it offered a lot of space. It was not worth it. This was the worst place i have stayed at point royal! I do love the resort itself though. First off the third bedroom which was meant for my mother was very hot due to the sky lights and upper windows not being covered. They provide a small desk fan to counter the heat, the bed was so horrible you could actually feel the springs. My 65 yr old mother was not able to use that room. No one was. All of the beds were horrible and hard! I was encouraged by the jacuzzi tube which i tried after my back hurt so bad from sleeping on the horrible bed for 3 nights. It was not usable because there was no stopper so the tub couldn't be filled. The smoke detectors were either not installed at all or just hanging from tje ceiling. The upstairs a/c was a portable a/c but it was not properly connected to the outside. It looked like it had just been duct tapped together. I have one at home so i managed to get it to stay connected barely. The love seat in the living room was broken and unusable. They only left 2 keys and 1 card key for 8 people, so that was difficult because you need the key card to get in the complex and to acess pool etc. We aren't ALL together ALL the time. You are asked to wash all of tne towels before you leave, however they only leave you 2 boxs of soap 1 load each. I rent condos through vrbo about 3-5 times a year and have never been asked to wash the towel. We didn't have any soap so i left a note and didn't start the washer. It makes me question the cleanliness of the towels. Just sayin. I anticipated the condo being out dated, however i didn't figure that it would be almost completely unfunctional. The resort is awesome though. Do not use global connections! I learned my lesson. Yes i did contact the management but received no response. I have pictures to share also but can't seem to add them.

Our family with ages ranging 2 to 78 enjoyed this townhome. Unit was clean and seemed more updated than the pictures showed. Also, we only counted 16 steps to the front door (steps were a bit worrisome for our older family members, but it was fine). Kitchen basics were supplied - skillets, saucepans, plates, etc. Overall, this unit worked very well for us, and we would stay again.

Okay but not one of the best Vrbo experiences I’ve had.
Older unit. Coffee maker didn’t work but got new one for second day. Sink in downstairs bathroom leaked and soaked all towels. Indoor pool was closed. NO Christmas decorations at all which I had been told was a Vrbo requirement for holiday. So we had to buy a tree and decorations to feel festive. Not the best experience with Vrbo at this location.

This is my second time staying in this property. It is the perfect size for our family and I really love the place. However, if you want to cook, bring your own cookware because the tiny bit that is there isn’t worth trying to cook with.

It is a nice townhome but....
The townhome was nice but if you plan on cooking anything this isn't your place. The kitchen was very sparse with pots/pans, utensils, and dishes/glasses for the size of home it is. Actually, anything you needed to use to cook with you are better off bringing it with you because chances are it won't be there for you to use.

Awesome place
My friends and I have been going to Branson for over 15 years. This unit is by far the nicest overall place we’ve stayed. Clean, very comfortable and a great location. The gated entry to the neighborhood made us feel safe and the people were warm and friendly. We are very happy and have rented again for next year.

The place was clean it was nice It had plenty of room. The first night there we had no heat and it got really cold so the next day I called the maintenance man he came over about three hours later and got it going he said it was a new thermostat and had not been through a winter yet. So the next day it went out again. we called him again he came and looked at it but when we got back to condo it was broke again so he called the owners and told them about it and the owner said he could see our thermostat through his phone but it was not working we had no heat the rest of the time there hopefully they will get the thermostat fixed before the next people rent that place . Make sure the glass sliding doors to the balcony is not locked when you go out because you get locked out we didn’t know that it was locked and we didn’t think you could shut it while locked but you can and the maintenance man had to come and let us back in our condo. We only communicated through the maintenance man we never got to speak with the owner or manager.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. I read that people commented on the amount of stairs. Well it is the second floor, so get some exercise . Its only around 20. Another was the air conditioners upstairs. They have portable floor units that will freeze you out. The inside was very clean and nice. If anything its a little dated, but its 30 years old. The kitchen had every thing you needed.The grounds were kept up very well. The area is very quiet. All in all the stay was more than worth its price

We had a wonderful time but the dryer would not work. We had twin one year olds who threw up. We needed that dryer. called maintenances. He came but didn’t fix it.

LOTS of room!
This property was wonderful for our large family. There was a ton of room and we never felt crowded! Loved being close to the playground, fishing access, and pool. We made very simple meals but the condo had everything we needed (except for storage tupperware - there was lots of it, but hardly any matching lids to containers). We stayed for 4 nights and I did have to go out and buy tupperware, paper towels and toiletpaper - but that was to be expected. The upstairs gets very warm, but there were two air conditioning units in the two upstairs bedrooms which solved the issue. Thanks for the great stay!

Great Location, Great Amenities, Great Experience
The property was great! The location to the strip was decent with no major traffic issues. The property is a gated community with nice amenities and friendly staff and neighbors. The condo was everything we needed for our trip. Will say that the cleaners could of done a little better job and the forth bedroom has no windows but overall we were super pleased with our stay here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would stay here again. Also global connections was a breeze to work with and always answered my questions in a timely manner. Great Service.

Perfect!
This property had everything we needed for our 3 generation family vacation. Lots of room for everyone and a beautiful view off the balcony! Will definitely stay here again in the future. I would suggest adding mini blind or curtain in the front bedroom's half circle window as it allows for a lot of light to come in.

Very dated and worn
This condo was clean. The furniture is very worn. No ceiling fans in the bedrooms, no movies, games or toys. We had to buy, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet tissue. Other places we have stayed furnish all of those materials.

Plenty of room
This property allows a quieter place to stay, while still being able to zip into the Branson activity or the mountains to hike. We did both. The home itself has big, bright rooms. It’s located just down the hill from the community pool, gym and tennis courts which made for a nice little hike.

Nice for 6 people
Nice condo and swimming pool/hot tub. We enjoyed the surroundings and it was peaceful and quiet. Plenty of room for everyone except we noticed the twin beds had broken bed springs in the 4th bedroom. The other 3 beds were very firm mattresses, so if you don't like firm, bring a soft topper. Loved having a large kitchen, washer, dryer, etc. Plenty of dishes available. Only the master BR had a bath attached, the other two were in a shared area. Owner was very attentive to our questions. Branson is a fun place.

Great place to stay!!
Property was very clean and a great space/value for our family of eight. Great location, close to downtown Branson. Had concerns because we didn’t receive the email giving information on how to get into the unit and we arrived during holidays. The phone # on VRBO for Global Connections wasn’t a working number. Ended up calling VRBO and got the information needed very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
