Great stay for family

This was a great house for our family with older and grown children. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. And the garage game room was a go-to every night after we got back from our activities.

This was a great location, just minutes from everything we did. After a day of snowtubing with the kids, the hot tub was the best.

Family vacation

This is an excellent property. Plenty of room for all our family to enjoy. The kids really loved the game room, and we could put them to bed and still have adult time without waking them up. Close to all the attractions in Branson with a short drive. Definitely will be staying at this place again.

Branson family trip

The location for this property was exactly what we were looking for, close to the strip, but not right on it. The house was very well maintained, clean, and had a lot of room. We loved our trip to this home.

Great place to stay

We had my family and my brother’s family along with our mother stay in this beautiful home. There was enough room for everyone. The home was very clean and spacious. There was a fantastic game room that our teens loved. The location was close to everything we wanted to do as well. This was the perfect home for our stay!

Fabulous Property

Spotless and perfect for our needs. We had four sets of moms and daughters- girls got to stay in the bunk room together and moms each had their own beds. Centrally located to everything. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beyond impressed with this property! We booked the house for a girls trip. The house had a room and bathroom for each girl. Each room was spotless! Great location for easy access to all Branson’s hot spots. We will be booking this specific house again!

Annual family weekend

Great accommodations for a family of eleven. The house provides a well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was a very nice option. One suggestion: since the front porch light cannot be turned off, I would suggest you add darkening curtains in the front bedroom.

Spacious house near EVERYTHING!

Thank you for replacing the coffee pot so quickly. We loved the rooms and extra place for the game room. Grandad surprised everyone by knowing how to play pool!

There were a couple of little glitches but they were very responsive. Hot tub was very relaxing (and clean!) Two fully equipped laundry rooms, new machines too. Could use a few more pots and pans tho.

Open area of kitchen dining & living room was great for gathering. Game room and hot tub gave different things to do. Liked how well the kitchen was stocked, plenty of plate, glasses..etc. When we needed a new fry pan they delivered it the next day

Great Location!

House was well stocked, clean, easy check-in and a perfect location to anywhere in Branson. Perfect size for our family and the kids loved the games in the garage. My only suggestions would be to replace the coffee pot as it did not work very well on any of the mornings. At least one lamp would be nice in each bedroom for a little dimmer light and not have to depend on the ceiling lights full time. I would gladly stay here again.

Christmas Vacay

We stayed here with our family. The place had many flaws and we thought this would be noted. Furniture is all cheap. The couch’s are so cheap and uncomfortable, our 80 year grandparents would get up and the couches would move back on them. Then the rail going down stairs came out of the wall. Then bunk beds railing is so cheap that it’s falling apart. Washer downstairs door would not latch. Beds were comfy. Kitchen stocked. Plenty of tools. Game room unit would not Heat or cool. Cool game room. Hot tub did not get cleaned before us, it was dirty water. Place was cleaned, but needs TLC. Oh and then you look up leak from roof.

This home needs attention!!!

The check in process is super easy and I very much loved not having to check in anywhere in person. Upon arrival the house seems as is from booking. However there are some major issues... the heat does not work in the garage. The room was far too cold to really be able to enjoy the amenities in there. 3 of the 4 barstools were so wobbly I was afraid they were going to fall apart. The dryer door to the downstairs dryer is missing the latch so the door can not stay closed. Hot tub cover has missing latches. For as much money as we spent for 1 night im really disappointed in the furniture and beds. You can tell everything is very cheap furniture and nothing is comfortable. The couches are cheap futons not comfortable to sit on. Bare minimum for expensive price. The railing at the top of steps and the hand rail for steps are extremely loose and unsafe. The tape on the steps is pulling up causing a trip hazard for anyone coming up or down. I did like that there were plenty of towls for showers and hot tub use. I will not book again, for nearly 1200 a night I do not feel it was worth it. Very sad bc the house itself is beautiful with a great floor plan.

What a great home. We were so happy with our stay. Our family of 10 (all adults) were very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bedroom which was perfect. The location is absolutely perfect. You can get anywhere easily. It was very clean. Beds are comfy. Communication was excellent. We will stay here again and I would recommend it to everyone.
