I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so it would be easier on myself and the staff. That was my only issue, and I’m sure that will be fixed by the time I come back next time. This is where I plan to stay whenever I visit Branson.

We had a pet friendly room, however the floor was filthy (had not been mopped for a long time). Socks were nearly black the first night so we wore shoes all the time. Staff was very casual, did not say that the door needed to be locked when leaving, did not mention that there would be no breakfast until we asked the first morning and she said she did not have time to get supplies.

Bed was comfortable. Stool lid was broken. Water in shower was only warm and the shampoo, conditioner and body soap containers were all empty. It appears there is renovation or something going on. No one came and cleaned room or left new towels and soap. Probably will not stay there again.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, only two issues was the people above us was up all night scooting chair and bouncing on the bed making a lot of noise. Other issue was the remote did not work for the tv despite having new batteries.

Check in, room and staff were good. The location within walking distance of Sight and Sound was very nice. The main improvement needed was the breakfast area: you get/fix your food in a small, crowded room and then have to go outside next door to another room, that had no heat!, where there were tables and chairs. Inconvenient and uncomfortable.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The room was still just as nice. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately the people were a bit loud upstairs stomping all night but other then that good hotel for the price

For an older hotel and for the price , you couldn’t best it. Room was clean and spacious ( a little wear but nothing major). Breakfast was self serve and set up like at home with gallons of milk in fridge and bags of bagels and waffle station. All the cups and silverware were individually wrapped. Would have been five stars but shampoo and body wash in shower were empty. Would stay here again

TV didn’t work right. Door wouldn’t lock from outside without trying multiple times. They had obviously tried painting the shower and the paint had peeled off around the drain. The shower had so little water pressure, you had to stand right at the shower head to use it. Dirt in the corners. Generally a lack of attention to detail. But now I know why the rate was so low.

They have recently updated. Our room had a temperpedic adjustable bed, which was really nice. There were so many channels on the TV. The floor was not carpeted, but the heater worked great and warmed up the room and floor. We were on the second floor, without an elevator, so if you need an elevator, ask for first floor. This hotel was walking distance to the Sound and Light theater.
