Family Vacation Spot

This was a perfect place to stay with our little ones to fully enjoy our time at SDC. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved all the toys and movies that were provided!

Condo was beautiful, clean and convenient to SDC, we loved the pool and the view of the trees from our patio:) Also listening to the train from SDC was great:):) definitely will stay again:)

Good location- close to SDC but not far from Branson either. Lots of bedding available. Kitchen has lots of cooking items. I recommend rotating showers if you have a bigger group so you don’t run out of hot water. Check in and out was super easy.

Rainy Days

Though the weather didn't cooperate with our original plans it was so nice to come back to the beautiful condo to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. We also played some Jenga as a family and despite the cold, 2 of my boys were determined to get in some pool time. We plan to come back in the very near future. The Condo was one of the best stays we have had in Branson over the past 7 years.

Very controlled communication with property manager. Refusal to consider early check in or late check out. Check out at 10 instead of the normal 11 check in at 4 instead of the normal 3 pm. Requested to start laundry for cleaning even with no late checkout. Required to empty garbage. Very high price when expected to do some of the cleaning myself . I will NEVER stay there again!! No flexibility with threats of extra charges if I don’t do cleaning I paid for in the very high charges!! Ridiculous requirements with no check in check out flexibility. I will be returning regularly to Branson but DEFINITELY NOT THIS PLACE!!!
