horrible experience

we received word the day prior to our departure that our accommodations were not available. We were offered 2 nights and half our money back. We have 4 kids who were looking forward to a long vacation and we had already purchased non refundable tickets. We were forced to stay in a second rate hotel and only had one room for all six.
