Just what we needed

We loved every minute of our stay at The Bluffs. For our family of five this was so much better than any hotel room we could have gotten for around the same price. The pools were much needed during this heatwave. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Branson.

Weekend getaway

The property was good, location awesome. Communication was great. The carpets in the bedrooms desperately need cleaning or replaced, they were disgusting as well as the area rug in living room. Ya might want to bring slippers and don’t let your kids crawl on the floor. Otherwise everything else was good.

Beautiful accommodating space for our family.

We enjoyed this space very much! With an enclosed balcony, petfect to start your day or unwind from a busy day. Plenty of beds, we all had our own space that didn't involve packing cots/hide a beds a way. Kitchen offered everything you could need. It did have a fireplace and there was some confussiom/lack of communication on how to use. Claimed it to be electric but it was indeed wood, but no poker available, nor clean up instructions. But iverall great place!

The house appeared to be clean, but sheets in master room had someone’s hair in it, and stains on the sheets, carpets dirty, needs to be cleaned. Second bedroom was ok, pillows smelled weird though. All of the furniture looked as if it came from the goodwill. But despite it all. The location was good. And for what is was the house wasn’t horrible. We took video and pictures upon arrival, and good thing we did. Some of the stuff in the house need to be fixed, we didn’t want to be blame for things there were damaged before we got there. Also the one thing that made me upset was, the code to the door didn’t work at 11pm at night and we were outside waiting to get back in. Also the parking is horrible, we had to walk down a hill to get back and forth to the house.

Condo was a great size. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were tiny and not comfortable. The condition of the unit was not as good as we are accustomed to, but nothing that caused our stay to be affected. Carpets need to me replaced.

Value Property Needing a Handyman

The condo is clean, conveniently located, and part of a nice gated community with amenities. The recliner in the living room was broken as well as the door handle to the balcony (seems to be stripped) and a few of the closet doors were off track and missing the pieces that hold them on correctly. Overall, for the price, we were pleased. We did use the indoor pool and the gym. Both are satisfactory.

1st time at Bluffs

Overall enjoy this day the indoor pool and outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub diagonally across the street along with fitness center was very nice and enjoyed it very much. Several things were broken when we got into the condo including both chairs on the back patio deck two shelves in the fridge microwave door handle pole chain on ceiling fan. Photo of Lakeview was nothing like our view from the back patio deck fully covered by trees. Dozens of stains on the carpet in the master bedroom. Called day one for help to get the Wi-Fi to work but no one ever called back or came by to fix it. Other aspects of the condo were nice and satisfactory

Fall retreat

Nice property with comfortable beds and furniture. Second bedroom was great for children. Always enjoy staying at Point Royale.
