• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis. A parking pass is required and will be located in the home upon arrival.
