About this property
The Spruce Valley Condo
Convenient! Comfortable! Close to everything, but off the beaten path, in a quiet area. Branson has something for everyone and we’re close to it all. Centrally located, over looking the famous Branson strip, but away from the traffic and the noise.
The 3 bedroom, 2 bath, stylishly decorated condo has a king, a queen, and 2 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa. Branson has many wonderful restaurants that are close by but if you prefer to cook, the condo has a fully stocked kitchen. A full size washer and dryer are also available.
The patio has a wonderful view of Branson and the Ferris Wheel. At night the lights from the 76 strip are beautiful! Although the condo is one flight down to the entrance, the rear is at ground level giving you yard space to enjoy. Outdoor games provided: corn hole, ring toss, a bean bag tic tax toe, and balls for the kids. Watch the sun come up in the morning with your cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful lights at night with a glass of wine.
The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. We hope you enjoy our Spruce Valley condo as much as we do!

Great location
The property was just as pictures and description stated. Clean and nice location, close to strip but far enough away to enjoy mountain view from patio. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware.
