The outside door that you were supposed to use code to get in was broken, so anyone could get in. The door to the room had to be slammed to lock the first time. There were no towels in the room had to go get some. Bathroom sink faucet was about to come loose

Positive: hot water in shower and good water pressure. Free parking. Friendly staff at check in. Soft towels. Negative/s: garbage outside side entrance for the entire stay. Side entry door is a numeric push key pad and was wide open for anyone to enter, was broken so had to be shut very hard. Very uneasy about this! No lighting in the same entry hall to the building my room was in, it was a dark enclosed hall to another door just to get in the lower level. Smoke alarm battery alert sounding at 6am hanging from the ceiling in the room. (Was resolved) A/c was off on arrival and it was stifling hot in the room, had to leave and come back to be able to tolerate it. It was 94° outside and July! Very run down aesthetically. Not a huge or appealing selection for breakfast. Inconvenient accessibility to front lobby.

The first room the toilet would not flush. So they moved us to a room that the AC kept freezing up in. The breakfast was not great. Food and toys or left under the bed from previous people.The front office lady was super helpful or I would have given it a one star. All of this was to be expected since it's a cheap place to stay.

Management was great. Asked for clean towels at desk after 2 days. There was a nice size mini fridge in the room. Room was very roomy. The outdoor pool was clean and decent size. The indoor pool was pretty big but water was very cloudy. The breakfast was ok. They had cereal, apples, different breads to toast, waffles and biscuits & packet peppered gravy. No meat or eggs and they had a hard time keeping it stocked. I would say they were short on help.

Situated for good access to Silver Dollar City and Sight and Sound and several restaurants within short distance but was upset we did not get full breakfast as they advertise..No eggs, no sausage just thin white gravy for breakfast. We stayed during the Jeep Branson event. When we arrived we found out we were on the 2nd floor. The manger (and fellow Jeep owner) saw that we were taking the doors off our Jeep. We had plans to keep them in the room while we cruised Branson in awesome weather. She moved us to a first floor for convenience. She was very friendly and helpful. She also "ducked" our Jeep before we left. Great interaction with staff and we were close to all the activities we wanted to do. Great place. Will stay here next time we are in Branson. Hopefully soon!

This property is so gross. Next door is an abandoned boarded-up hotel. The exterior doors were open for anyone to walk in. No key cards to enter the hallways which made me uncomfortable. The lady checking us in was nice but we were woken up at 11:30 pm by a phone call to my cell phone asking if we would be there to check in when we had checked in at 3 pm. The young lady behind the desk, when we checked out, didn't even stand up to say thank you...she just told us to leave keys on the counter as she looked up from scrolling on her cell phone.
