Properly was nice. Furniture needs replaced. Mold and musty and back porch. Couldn’t sit out there.

Great Stay!!

Christene and Scott were excellent hosts, very accommodating and nice. The rental is cute and cozy, and had a great view. Perfect for our weekend get away!

Nice Weekend Get Away

This is a very nice property located in a gated community. The property is clean, nicely decorated and recently updated. The surroundings were beautiful. Communication from the host was excellent. Our only complaint is the beds in both rooms were not comfortable. The master king bed is way too firm for our liking and so we were not able to get a good nights sleep either night.

Great getaway

Condo was spacious and comfortable located in a very nice community. Beautiful view and great access to pool and other activities. You get the tranquil relaxing feeling but within a very short drive to all the local attractions.

Great Space for the Money

The location is excellent. Safe and Roomy. The view was greatly disrupted by old windows that held condensation. The jacuzzi tub was also broken, but that was not an expected amenity. All in all, we would definitely rebook. Location and cleanliness alone sell it!

Wonderful Spring break!

We all enjoyed our stay. Clean & modern. The enclosed porch was perfect for relaxing mornings drinking coffee and watching the wildlife. Our pup was fascinated by the hawks that flew at eye level. Kids enjoyed themselves too. Plenty of things to do, including the heated indoor pool open late.

Peaceful View

The apartment was clean and nice inside. However, I didn't like that there weren't enough covers or sheets for the inflatable mattress or the couch The view of the river was the best thing. I was able to relax while reading a book with my wife. wile the kids where at the pool over all it was a nice place to stay

Great Getaway

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Communication before and during stay was great. Rental was as presented and the view of the Lake was awesome. Enjoyed the sun room every morning. Pool and lake both within walking distance. Made our time away great. Quiet location. Thank you!

Our Missouri get away

We really enjoyed this VRBO. Watching the rise and fall of the river. The wild life that greeted us each morning from the deer, eagles, domestic birds and nesting buzzards. The amenties and access to the golf course and clubhouse waere within walking distance. Branson Landing offered easy access to the shows and shopping. Definitely a place to stay.

Fav Pointe Royale condo!

We come to Branson 3x a yr & usually stay in Pointe Royal. (It's the best) This condo has become our fav. Very comfortable; had all we needed (even coffee!), wonderful sunroom with view of Taneycomo; great green space for our dog, no one behind us, close to the clubhouse, comfy beds, very roomy, very well stocked. Only negative thing I can come up w is the stairs! And that's b/c we r old. (Stairs r hard!😢) unless u are handicapped you will love THIS condo!! My husband has been coming to Branson for at least 20 yrs & this is his favorite condo EvER !! We think you will love it too!

Comfortable older home

Property was nice. Great location for access to pools. Close to fishing. Beds were comfortable. Needs more dishrags. A big disappointment was the porch. We really wanted to stay at this home because of the view from the porch and access to fishing behind the home. The only time we could enjoy the porch was early morning. Since there was no air conditioning it was unbearable during the day. The windows need to be replaced they were steamed up and hard to see out. This property has great potential but desperately needs to be updated. We felt the condo seemed more like a cabin. We still were happy with our first trip to Missouri. Thank you for letting us stay.

The owners were fantastic and informative. They provided useful information before and during the stay. They also made sure we were aware of the heat advisory and how to prepare the house for the hot conditions. They also quickly helped us to solve a problem we had. The location of the house was close to everything and very safe. The two things that made me take away one star is due to stains on the carpets and loud upstairs neighbors. It seemed like the carpets were clean but the stains gave the impression that the carpets were dirty. I highly recommend they replace the flooring. We were on the second floor and someone sounded like they were running for hours directly above us until 1am every night for the first few nights we were there. Luckily they left after three days and we slept better after that. These things were not dealbreakers for us. Otherwise the place was perfect for our family. Thanks!

Wonderful experience

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, the owners were excellent with communication, and the view was spectacular. Our kids absolutely loved being out in the sunroom, especially the rocketship tent! We would absolutely love to come back!

Great location!

Perfect location close to the 76 strip AND with water views, which is rare! I really appreciated the extra communication from the owners. We enjoyed fishing at the Taneycomo access just minutes from our unit. The unit was well stocked compared to other VRBOs we have stayed in. The sunroom/porch was very nice to relax on with coffee and watch the activity on the water! Overall, great experience!
