The cabin was perfect for our family getaway! We had everything we needed and were very comfortable! Fireplace was great! It's close to all sorts of fun activities and the check in checkout process was so easy! Will definitely come back! Thanks for everything!

Big Cedar area Getaway

Cozy cabin located near Big Cedar Lodge. Very comfortable & clean cabin amongst many similar properties. The only thing keeping this from getting 5 stars was the property is showing its' age & could use a face lift on the outside.

Amazing experience!

This property was clean and nice and exactly as described! They even let us check in early at no charge when our family arrived earlier than expected into town. They responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

We had a nice stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient spot close to Branson but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The private hot tub was our favorite part of the whole trip!

It was the perfect cabin in such a sweet little setting! We relaxed on the deck every night!

Cabin was adorable from inside out! It had everything we needed and more. The wine exchange was such a neat touch and we enjoyed it all too well! Highly recommend this cabin. Was close enough to everything we did yet not crowded or so near the city that you lost the peacefulness of it all.

Perfect Respite

Close enough to the action that it was an easy drive to go see the attractions, but just far enough away that it offered a respite when you're tired of dealing with crowds of tourists. Loved the private hot tub, perfect sized cabin for our little family of three, and the resort pools were a nice way to spend an afternoon on the days we wanted to stick close to home base. Very picturesque setting.

Perfect Place for Friends

The getaway was great. I took the 2nd floor suite and loved it. I had the privilege of a midnight thunderstorm. Very interesting in a log home. The bed was very comfortable and there were more than enough pillows. Thank you for a great stay. I’ll be back.

Wonderful vacation

My little family of five stayed over for a long weekend. The cabin is better then the pictures even showed. My little boys loved playing in the back yard. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub and adventuring on the grounds. Peggy was great to work with and prompt in returning all questions. This cabin was the perfect size for my husband and I and our three little boys (ages 6, 4 and an infant). We will be returning again soon!

Beautiful place, but issues

Upon arrival, water was off and did not come back on till next morning. Was put under boil water notice, but not notified until we had already drank the water. Under boil water notice the whole time we were there. So inconvenient we left a day early. Had read where past renters had plumbing issues. Not sure if same issue. Door code never worked, had to use a universal code. Floors and toilets were dirty. Dead mouse under downstairs bath sink. Fungus gnats throughout the house. Beautiful place but too many issues for a trouble free stay. Fell we should get a least a discount for at least a days stay.

The trouble started with the smell. Then the plumbing backed up, all over the house.

(Lil Treehouse, Trails End (Branson Cedars) Feb 15-17, 2024) It turned out a skunk had nested and sprayed under the porch and the smell was intolerable. Rent Branson offered air fresheners and to change the air filters in the morning but we couldn't have slept there. The smell was so bad. After a couple of hours they offered an alternate cabin, which seemed fine overnight, but less than 24 hours later, that cabin's plumbing backed up, leaving 1/2 inch of standing water all over the floor throughout the cabin and we couldn't use any sinks, toilets, the hot tub, or other water. Being 4+ hours from home, we had to pay for a hotel and meal out, instead of enjoying the rental and cooking in as we'd planned. Repeated, polite conversations by phone and email with Rent Branson resulted in an offer to refund only for one night, which equalled about 20% of our total cost, not even the taxes or cleaning fees. We asked for refund of these fees as well, as we paid all of those fees plus a reservation fee for the two nights. So far it's been over six weeks month and they refunded that small amount, then they stopped responding to emails. Beyond the first call when VRBO set up a case number, VRBO has not helped. I hate leaving bad reviews but we need more help than this. We had less than 24 hours of rest and relaxation in what was a 3 days, 2 nights, Feb. 15-17 reservation period. We occupied the first cabin less than 1 hour and in the second, less than 24 hours.

Beautiful little place close to it all!

We had such a wonderful time here! The location is near everything, the cabin was very cute a little dirty, but honestly it was only because the cabin was sitting for a little while without guests it felt like. They had cleaning supplies and all was good! Would definitely stay again!
