It was a great place to gather.

This property is as good as listed or better. We were very pleased with cleanliness, comfort. It is often difficult to stay where the seating and bed is supportive and comfy for our senior selves but this unit is awesome. Thank you for the stay

Home Away From Home

Condo was great…very clean and just as shown in photos. Appreciated there were 2 King beds…and they were comfortable! Location was very close to restaurants, shows, and shopping. Highly recommend

Great Property

We stayed at Little House on the Fairway in June when we were in Branson with family for a baseball tournament. It was clean and comfortable. It was set up to accommodate two couples very comfortably. Very well stocked kitchen..thanks for making our stay homelike!!

Fabulous little place!! So wonderfully decorated and very well stocked with everything we needed. Also decorated for Christmas. First time in 25 years I’ve had a place decorated for the holidays. So nice. Very close to the strip, very convenient. Definitely would stay again. Thanks much

Gorgeous view, nice stay.

It was an excellent stay other than the fact the tenants above us rough housed numerous times and woke up our guest at two in the morning. Note: don’t take a late morning shower if you want hot water. Otherwise the condo had a gorgeous view and located perfectly for traveling the strip.

The Little house

We loved the condo. Very spacious with great water pressure & comfy beds. Loved the large pullout couch too. My kids loved the games and air hockey. We can’t wait to come back. Our only complaint was the ice maker didn’t work and the people before us had said it didn’t work as well. It was easy to buy a bag of ice but just thought someone should know.

This unit is fabulous...very well stocked...beds VERY comfortable...VERY clean.....I chose this unit based on pictures and descriptions....wonderful locations...I was also aware of steps however it was difficult for one member to maneuver......if you have no physical limits this unit is spot on...

Great Place

Great place to stay, close to everything. Property better than pictures, lots of extras. They thought of everything. Would definitely book again. Only problems…water was not very hot for showers and horrible neighbors (I’m sure they were visiting too). I’m not much of a complainer but this group started every night for the 4 nights we were there about 11:30pm running, jumping, fighting, yelling, screaming until at least 0200. 2 nights a child screamed for 45 min at midnight. I banged on ceiling with broom to try and quiet them, but it made it worse. Last night they were screaming at us thru the walls and was pretty scary. I tried to call property managers but it went to voicemail. I was about to call police but was worried about retaliation. They were smoking weed as we could smell it and they left (we presume) their trash outside our front door. Never laid eyes on them but very disrespectful. This does not in any way take away from the property as it was perfect. Just upsetting that people can ruin a family trip for others. We were up late and I would never complain about noise until 10:30 or so but this went in all night. Thank you for sharing your love “Little” home with us!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had an amazing stay at the "Little House on the Fairway". It is close to everything but yet out of the hustle and bustle. We will look into staying here again for sure.
