A/c did not work in one of the main rooms. Maintenance could not fix it and they offered no other help or cooling options. It was hot. We used fans which helped at night. Stairs outside were not safe and falling apart. Could not use main door at night. Otherwise we enjoyed the pool table

Fun times at Presley Penthouse

The Presley Penthouse was wonderful. It was a fun place to spend our vacation in Branson. Conveniently located. Little disappointed that the description offered two bathrooms, but it was 1 bathroom and the other was 1 toilet room. The juke box didn't work, but it was still fun to see the lights on. Breakfast was simple, but the service was wonderful. Robin checked us in and she was absolutely wonderful. She offered and gave us help with all our needs. One thing that was a little troubling was I had prepaid for the room and at check-in I was charged again for the condo, but it was easily resolved when I took a photo of the cancelled checked- thank goodness for internet and having computer. Just the same, we had a wonderful, fun time. We look forward to future vacations and telling our family and friends about making reservations here.

It's a beautiful awesome place for Elvis fans but they were working on something in the lobby below us that kept us up all night til 3am. Hammering and drilling away. Then the next night terrible fumes were seeping up from epoxy floor work. They did change our room to another condo and although clean and comfortable the main reason was to stay in the Presley Penthouse so of course Elvis was missed during the entire trip as we only got to sleep there one night. I also have to say that the owner Barb was not very professional. She was short with us like she didn't want to hear our complaint and concerns. Like she had no time for us. She also treats her employees bad and I'm sorry to say but she seems kind of like a dictator. I ve heard her a few times talking down to them. It’s like she didn't really care about anyone. I will say that Ronny was very kind and professional with me on the phone and Curtis at the front desk was also very kind and tried to help us anyway he could! If I were ever to return they would need to guarantee that no kind of remodeling or construction would be going on after hours in the lobby as the Penthouse is directly above and you could hear everything below and those epoxy fumes can possibly be dangerous to breathe in all night. How does one sleep this way?? We should have at least gotten a warning.

The main toilet was not put together right & took hours to flush! Really didn’t work so for 5 people it was terrible to have one functioning toilet & the other was all the way in the other end of the house. Lady who ran the kitchen was GREAT and gave us clean towels, ice , T P etc. she is their biggest asset!

Presleys penthouse.

Presley’s Penthouse was a fun place to stay loved the juke box and all the Presley memorabilia. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Great location. I would definitely stay there again. Would be great for a family. Full kitchen and in room laundry.

Cool 50s Hotel Experience

This is by far the coolest room I have stayed in to date. It’s almost like spending the night in a 1950s Diner. If you like the 50s Diner look or Elvis... this is your place.

This is a. Wet fun place to stay! If you ever want to get away to a place that can take you back to the 70’s when Elvis was popular go here, you will love it.
