50th anniversary

This property was wonderful for our entire family. Love that all bedrooms had individual bathrooms. Game rooms were excellent. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of seating for meals for everyone.

Great home

This is a fabulous property that our 28 family members stayed together in. Everything was as advertised. The Kitchen was phenomenal. Bathrooms in every bedroom was awesome as well. Highly recommend this property. Property manager was helpful and also did not impose. Loved it!!

Weekend retreat

This property was great. The weather was so cold but the amenities were plenty and kept us busy inside. Great kitchen! Perfect house for our group! The property owner worked with us and responded quickly to a couple of broken items.

All of my children and their spouses were very pleased with our stay here. The weather was wet and rainy all week but with the wide range of games we found there were lots of ways to enjoy ourselves in the house. We especially enjoyed a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. The kitchen was also well equiped. The indoor pool and the hot tub were also enjoyed. They were also heated and since the weather was cool, it was greatly enjoyed. Thank you.

Small business retreat

We booked this house for our small home inspection company employees and their families. 20 of us total including everyone from babies to adults. The house was very clean and well stocked. Everything worked like it should, and we had all of the items needed to enjoy the amenities. (Ping pong paddles, balls, pool cues, etc.)Plenty of room and having bedrooms on every floor meant we could keep the families with babies, older folks, and teens separated to help control noise. Great home and would definitely book again.

Fantastic Home for Large Groups – So Much Fun!

We had an amazing stay at this property with a group of over 20 people ranging in age from toddlers to grandparents. The house was spacious and thoughtfully designed—open and airy, yet with plenty of separate spaces for fun and relaxation. Plenty of table seating. We never felt crowded!There were tons of things to do: pool and shuffleboard in the loft, ping pong, foosball, and air hockey in the basement, plus a hot tub, fire pit, indoor pool, and several arcade machines. The theater room was a favorite for relaxing. The kitchen was well-stocked with two dishwashers, refrigerators, and ovens—plus plenty of plates, flatware, and paper products. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which made choosing easy.The host was responsive and helpful, quickly answering any questions we had during our stay. Parking was plentiful, and the location was great—just a short drive to the Branson strip, restaurants, a grocery store, and the beautiful Table Rock Lakeshore Trail.Things to note: sound travels in the open layout…it can get loud with a big group. The view is elevated and partially obstructed, and the trail to the lake is steep and rocky—not recommended for folks with mobility issues. There were minor signs of wear on some game accessories. The community pool locks & lights turn off at exactly 9 pm, so plan accordingly.Overall, this was a great vacation rental. The amenities, space, and thoughtful touches made our trip memorable. We’d return again (in the off season).

Four generations enjoyed this property!!

Our four generation family enjoyed our three day stay in March 2025. The house was gorgeous , well stocked and very clean. Choosing rooms was very easy as they were spacious and each had a private bathroom. Parking was well marked with easy access. We all enjoyed the private pool, the two game rooms were great fun and the movie theatre was nice. The living/ dining/ kitchen area was large enough for all of us to gather. The decks had a great view, we enjoyed the hot tub and a night around the fireplace. A lot of fun family memories were made at this house! It sets the bar high for our next vacation !! When we arrived our neighbor warned us not to go out on our balcony y as the ceiling metal was flapping in the high wind and several strips were already down and blowing around the deck. We contacted the property manager. HOA did not come while we were there. After the wind died down we secured the ceiling strips under the heavy furniture so we could use the fire pit area. FYI thoughts:1. We could not locate the pac and play2. We had an 18 month old and there were no safety gates for the stairs. We ran to Wal-mart and purchased two.3. There were flies the house.. but no fly shatters.4. Fire pit skewers would have been handy to roast marshmallows. We had to be creative!!5. We could not reenter our house.. low battery message. We texted and got the code for the key. Appreciated the quick response.6. A hand rail by the front steps would help this 75 y

The house is very large with many entertainment areas to spread out and enjoy. All of the 9 bedrooms are pretty equal and have King Beds, and full bathrooms!! Plenty to do very close by for any age group to enjoy.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with our kids, grands and greats! There were 18 of us from ages 1 to 69 and there was plenty of space and activities for everyone to enjoy without leaving the area unless we wanted to. Great communication with the homeowner and his assistant from beginning to end. When the propane tank for the fire pit ran out of propane it only took a quick text to the homeowners assistant and we had a replacement in just a couple of hours. Would recommend this property.
