I was skeptical at first due to being on the yellow route. But it was convient with everything in walking distance. The room was clean and had lots of room. The beds were super comfortable and I will definitely be booking again with them when we go over there again

Been going here for years , always a very friendly staff, clean , dog friendly with a nice grassy areas for the fur babies, easy access to everything, good complimentary breakfast , always have a good stay here and I always return when I go to Branson

One of my favorites and has a reasonable price!
Stay was really good. The service was good and the workers were good people. See you in the spring 2024. We stayed 2 or 3 times this year. And are well pleased.

I like the pool and the staff was wonderful. My cat stayed free which is nice. The only thing was we did not have a tub in our room, just a shower. But breakfast was good too!

Good location. Dated but fairly clean. Lack amenities in the room .e.g., lack of lamps on the night stand ( they provide a cheap florecent light over the headboard, but when the light switch is off, the ac outlet by the bed is also off making over night charging not possible near the bed). The water pressure in the shower is low. They have a nice small outdoor pool. No freshly brewed coffee, instead they provide a coffee machine in the lobby that dispenses coffee that tastes like instant coffee. What I am getting at is they try to save money where they can. It's lower priced but lacking amenities.

I wasnt too thrilled with this hotel. The host was more worried about informing me not to stain the towels from soda yet when i got in the room when we got there there was stain on the cover. Not thrilled about slamming doors first thing in the morning. Definitely wont be staying there again.

It was dirty..n smelled bad. They need to update. And painting would help...uneven floors. It was dog friendly..thats nice but i have a dog and two cats. And my house never smells like that.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

Our bed sheets had blood on them and you could tell nothing had been changed. Room smelled awful, shower was small and slippery, shower door was broke, and you could hear everything above and beside us.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for stains that you found on the sheet but they were stained with fresh blood. Upon request they were also changed. Please let us know that has happened and we are more than happy to replace the sheets for you. We use a professional laundry service and the sheets are changed after the guest has checked-out of the room. Please don't blame us for the stains that were made by you after checking-in. The door for the shower will also be fixed as the complaint was made later during the day it was not possible for us to have someone take a look right away. We take pride in the service that we provide please don't disrespect the work that we do to keep property put together. I understand that you experienced minor inconveniences and I sincerely apologize for that. Keep in mind that our integrity is the most important for us and the comments let in this particular review are false.

My husband and i stayed at room 305 for memorial day weekend. I LOVED that it is a 100%smoke free hotel so it didn't smell bad, the hallway smelled like detergent. I also LOVED that my room didn't had carpet so i didn't had to deal with my allergies :D The room itself was pretty clean and the blankets looked clean too although i didn't use them because i like to take my own bedding and put it on top. There was a refill of tissue paper and clean towels. The front desk ladies were nice and smiling when we got there and the maintance man was nice too. The pool was clean and the water felt nice. The breakfast is a self serve, there's a waffle maker machine, the scramble eggs, biscuit and round sausage are in a hot machine and theres also cereal and milk, muffins and hot coffee. The breakfast ends at 9:30am. The hot coffee is available all day LOVE IT!!. After checking out i had to came back like 2 hours later because my husband forgot his sunglasses and the front desk lady gave me the room key to go get them and there they were :D overall experience at this hotel was perfect compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Im staying here if i go back to branson.
