Bedrooms were perfect size for our group. Was great kitchen and having washer and dryer meant not a lot of stuff to bring. Enjoyed our time and definitely will use again.

The property was awesome! The amenities were outstanding! The lake close by is a great area to take some pictures! A honest opinion I would tell others, 1. bring an extra fan the second bedroom with the two beds gets warm we only seen 1 vent. We also stayed in August with 100 degree days.. We put a fan in the door way and kept the lights down and it helped so much. And 2. I hate to even say anything but I was shocked when we walked in.. the carpet was stained and looked very dirty. But the beds were nice and clean. the bathrooms were cleaned well and the washer and dryer worked great! We will be coming back. Loved the 2 queen hotel style room my kids loved it!

Great stay!

Our family of 5 had a great stay (kids ranging from 13-5)! Room was clean and provided more than enough room for all of us. We appreciated having bathrooms off of each bedroom. The kids had fun with a couple of the games provided. We loved the clubhouse and all that was included. Pool was perfect and clean and a quick walk if we didn’t want to drive. Location to Branson strip, the Landing area and table rock lake were ideal! Husband went golfing and said the course wasn’t kept up too well but not a big deal to us. If you drive through the community towards the river, there’s a great place to fish and stick your toes in the freezing cold water which we absolutely loved during the 100 degree days we were visiting. We planned on bringing our boat since the description listed having 2 parking spots but found out that boats aren’t allowed so we were disappointed that we couldn’t bring our boat.
