Took my family to Branson and the place was really nice. The golf course was right outside the back door the pool and the restaurant was right over the hill overall just had a great time. The condo is very nice very clean very well laid out.

You will not be disappointed with this property. The hosts communicated so well from the very beginning. The checkin process was easy, expectations were clear, and checkout was not overwhelming. There was calming music playing as we walked in, it was clean and smelled nice. We had everything we needed in kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, linen closets, etc. It was a wonderful experience, and the price is unbeatable. We will definitely stay here again in the future. :) Thank you Grand Welcome!

We loved the property and used the indoor pool and hot tub. We have gone to many VRBOs and always in the past if no one had been there before, we could get in an hour earlier. When we reached out to the owner, he said we could get in for a price. Then he said they would reach out to housekeeping and maybe let us in an hour ahead. We arrived and sat outside in the hot sun waiting to hear, knowing that no one from housekeeping was there but did not give us the code until 10 minutes before check in time. However we left 3 hours before check out time, so it goes. So many positives about this place so it is too bad, this was a negative.

Lovely condo. Beds were very comfy, no ceiling fans but stand fans were provided for use. Condo was spotless upon arrival. Amazing communication with the hosts. The deck was nice (the times it was cool enough to sit out there lol, late July is hot). The large couch provided ample room for everyone to sit comfortably, and the pull out portion was perfect as a bed for our toddler. Only slightest complaint and this is nitpicking, is the internet speed on the tv. It was a bit buffery. But overall lovely place. Check in / check out was a breeze. Loved the guide that was sent via text with all the info you could need.
