Spacious and Comfortable

  • Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is comfortable and spacious. It's on the ground floor, but there are steps from the parking lot down to our front door. Each bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, LED TV. The master bath has a beautiful tiled walk-in shower. Our patio offers a beautiful view of the golf course and fishing ponds. Just a few steps from the front door is an outdoor pool and tennis court. Just a block away is a snack bar and activity center with pool table, games and movies to rent.
    Across the golf course is a large outdoor pool and hot tub (passes provided by owner)

    The roomy living room has a queen size hideabed, recliner, glider, LED TV and secure WiFi are provided, as well as washer and dryer. You will find about everything you need in the kitchen except the food and beverages!

    Holiday Hills Resort is located 2 1/2 miles from downtown Branson and the beautiful Branson Landing shopping and dining area on Lake Taneycomo. Ten minutes away is the famous Highway 76 which boasts of many live theaters, restaurants, recreation areas, etc.

We met friends and had a wonderful stay. Great location. Quiet. Spoke with owner on several different occasions and he was so helpful. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great place to stay

This was a clean comfortable home and we enjoyed our stay. Slept great in yhe comfy beds and had everything we needed. The roads to get to condo are a little windey, but we got used to it.

Excellent Room

We enjoyed the room. It was very quiet and clean. If we were to make any suggestions, it would be for a little better mattress and address the water pressure in the showers. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

I liked the overall feel of the place, it was quiet and comfortable, nice and roomy as well. Nice pool right across from the building, little pond right behind the building. Overall i would book again.

Branson stay at Holiday Hills

Overall really good. The property has a couple swimming pool options. One is right across from the condo and then a larger one closer to the clubhouse at the golf course. Checkin process was easy and condo has everything that you should need for your stay.

Very nice

Very nice place and location was perfect. You do need to take out your own garbage and do a load of laundry before leaving and the washer would not drain or spin so had to stay an extra hour to try different settings before I could leave. It ended up working on quick wash so if you stay I recommend that. Otherwise it was perfect and would stay there again.

Great property

Very impressed. Location was great and I must say that this was the best supplied condo we have stayed in. Cupboards labeled and every utensil you might need. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. Great stay!!! Will definitely cime back.

Dance Competition at Branson Convention Center

This is the perfect location to get to the convention center and Branson Landing. We were there for a dance competition and had to be there multiple days. The unit was spacious and clean. The bathroom was great for getting stage ready, although there was no door into the bathroom area with the sinks and the mirrors, there was a door to the toilet and shower. This made getting up early inconvenient for anyone still sleeping in that room. The kitchen worked for what we needed it for and had everything you would need. The location was right across from one of the pools.

Not a slight hill

My husband, myself and my elderly parents planned a vacation Branson and before booking I specifically asked if this location would be doable for my parents who use a walker and a cane. I was told there were 3-5 steps from the parking lot or a slight hill to get to the main entrance. Unfortunately; when we arrived, there were 15 steps and an EXTREMELY steep hill that is not at all walker, cane or limited mobility friendly in any way! 😥 I was heartsick and very disappointed that my parents would now have to struggle to enter and exit the building for our entire vacation. The condo itself was very nice but I was just so upset that I was told one thing and then got the complete opposite. If you (or your loved ones) have any kind of limited mobility this is NOT the place for you.

Best place yet

We come to Branson once a year for the last 10 years this was the first time to come during the winter months and so far this has been the best place and the best location however not the best time to come. Now as for the condo location is great as far as the Landing goes it’s like 2 miles from the Landing. Before arriving I just called the owner for the codes to the gated community and condo. Had no issues finding it or getting in. Once there it is the lowest level condo which means there are stairs. Once inside it was nicely decorated and was laid out nicely. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The master had a beautiful master bath with walk in closet. It was very clean the beds were king size and very comfortable!! It had everything that one would need on your stay as far as dishes cookware etc... Out the back patio door is a pond which would be nice to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. Right out the front door is an outdoor pool and tennis court. About two blocks away is the indoor pool and club house which was great. One thing we ran across was no pool towels we didn’t have any at the condo and assumed they would provide some at the club house which they did not so we had no towels and it was very cold out. But we survived!! All in all it was a great place to stay we would stay again and would recommend to everyone!!

Comfy and cozy!

We loved our stay! Everything was well labeled, clean, had everything we needed and more! The location was great - close enough to everything and far enough to be away from all the busy. Communication was great, it was easy to get in and out, and I felt prepared ahead of time. Plenty of linens, dishes, and cooking utensils. We didn’t need anything! Although I didn’t see but one pool towel, luckily we had brought our own.Highly recommend and will book here again!
