This single-level, four-bedroom, four-bath home is fully equipped for any occasion. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to whip up culinary delights for large groups. Each of the four bedrooms features Roku TVs and its own attached private bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 to 12 guests, with its four bedrooms, a spacious sectional that can sleep two, and a queen-sized air mattress complete with an electric pump. Whether you're sharing meals at the breakfast bar or the dining table for eight, basking in front of the cozy gas fireplace while enjoying the 65" Samsung Smart TV with streaming services and cable, or relishing the open floor plan living area with its wet bar and adjoining expansive outdoor deck – there's something for everyone. Speaking of the large private deck, it boasts two sitting areas, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a meal with a stunning view of Branson's lush wooded hills.

As our guest, you'll have access to the country club clubhouse, complete with a fitness center, restaurant, communal outdoor pool (please note that the pool closes on September 5th), and a tennis court. Upon arrival, you'll receive a four-digit smart lock code, ensuring hassle-free self-check-in. Parking is free, with two parking spots right across from the villa. If you need additional parking, you can park along the curb in front of the villa. Please avoid parking on the grass, as there's an underground sprinkler system that we'd like to keep in top shape.
