Two homes in one, sleep up to 18! Awesome lakeside property featuring a 4-bedroom / 3-bath home and a 1-bedroom / 1-bath cottage. Space for the whole family but room to escape and have some privacy!

Our 2 gorgeous homes back up to Table Rock, are walkable distance to the Marina (10 mins) and are an easy 5 min. drive to Silver Dollar City.

Recently renovated with you and your group in mind. Flooring, paint, lighting & fixtures, appliances, beds & linens, furniture, smart TVs, décor - ALL NEW!

Step in and unwind after a fun day at Silver Dollar City, out fishing on Table Rock, or playing in Branson! At Water's Edge Retreat you'll feel right at home in our TWO newly renovated lake homes.

Enjoy the serene views out the back from your private decks, stream a show on one of the 7 smart TV's, or have a family game night in the spacious open-concept living and dining room! Or, if you are staying in the 1-bedroom cottage, enjoy a little privacy away from the rest of the group from time to time!

Between the two homes, you will have 5 beautiful bedrooms with comfy memory foam mattresses. Here are the sleeping arrangements (PLEASE ENSURE these arrangements work for your group):
- 3 King rooms (sleep 6 total)
- 1 Queen room (sleeps 2)
- 1 room with a Queen (sleeps 2) and a Full-over-Full bunk (the bunk sleeps 4 kids or 2 adults comfortably)
- 2 Queen sleeper sofas (1 in each living room, sleeps 4 total)

Four full bathrooms mean plenty of space to spread out! STARTER supply of toilet paper and paper towels. If you're staying for longer than a couple nights, you'll likely need to pick up some more paper products from the store. (Convenience store just down the street)

Two well-stocked kitchens with all new stainless steel appliances for cooking up a family meal.

Water's Edge Retreat consists of a two-story 4-bedroom home and a one-story 1-bedroom cottage. On the main level of the 4-bedroom home there is one bedroom and bathroom, with the other three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. The stairway in the 4-bedroom home is a unique fan-favorite spiral metal staircase! (PLEASE WATCH the little ones around the stairs, they're metal and somewhat steep.) The 1-bedroom cottage has ramp access, wide doors, and is great for Grandma and Grandpa!

We haven't forgotten about the little ones! Enjoy the use of our pack-n-plays for sleepy time and the highchair for meal times (one of each in each home).

Streaming smart TV's in both Living Rooms and all 5 bedrooms with high speed wi-fi! NO cable service is provided, so please plan to log in to your favorite streaming service.

BBQ grill and utensils provided at each home. Please bring your own charcoal and lighter and CLEAN THE GRILL when done using it.

Free washers and dryers in each home, starter supply of laundry detergent provided!

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the homes! Extra $300 cleaning fee PER HOME will be charged if there is any evidence (smell or otherwise) of smoking of any kind in the home.

We love our homes! Any damages to the homes and property (including stained bedding, towels, broken dishes, etc.) will be charged to the guest upon checkout.

Because we respect our cleaners' time, there is a $50 fee for late checkout since they plan for 10AM checkouts.

Free driveway parking. PLEASE no driving or parking on the grass. Maximum of 6 vehicles between the two driveways. Please no street parking as it is a narrow street. Also please be careful backing out of the driveways as they are narrow.

The docks behind the homes are PRIVATE and for the most part are not super accessible. However the shoreline is easily accessible and can be used for fishing and playing in the water!
