“We have stayed here before and love the location and amenities. The pool, hot tub, and views are great. Staff are very helpful and friendly. This time, the floor was not very clean, I swept and mopped it myself the first night we arrived because it felt grimy and our feet were getting dirty. There were live wasps in our room.
