Not what we booked and paid for

We booked and paid for a two bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Four days before our trip, we were informed that the property was not available, and now our only options were to take a one bedroom (353 sq ft) with a mini kitchen or cancel the reservation. We had already made plans to attend shows in the area so we opted to stay and received a 25% discount on the room rate only.

All needs met.

The property was just as advertised. Clean, beautiful, and everything we needed for a week in Branson. There were some issues with the check-in. Not sure if this was the owners/property management or the resort. It did create quite a hassle for us communicating with the owner and resort. We were locked out of our unit for some time because of this lack of communication between the owners and resort.

Wonderful place to stay

We were so impressed with the grounds and location of the VRBO and the condo it was was super spacious and comfy for our family - we all said we will come back - we do wish we could bring our little 12 pound pup!

Great place, horrible reservation experience

The place was amazing, perfect for what we wanted to relax for the week. We would gonna k for sure! I will never reserve through a 3rd party ever again. Horrible experience. Super stressful while trying to get ready for our trip. ResortRentalPro was awful to work with, gave us inaccurate information more than once causing us to think our reservation wasn’t going to be there when we got there but wanted us to be “rest assured.” Never, ever again will we use a third party for any rental because of this. I would rather pay more and not have the stress.

Very nice and clean property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Felt like a summer vacation club as there is a lot to do on property. Our kids loved all the swimming pools

Great!

There was a lot of room in the suite it was like renting a whole apartment. Our entire family enjoyed the many options for free entertainment on the property there is actually a lot to do without even leaving. The pools were great, staff was helpful, and the grounds and rooms were all very clean. Could not be happier with our experience. We will definitely go back in the future.
