room for improvement
It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.

No complaints whatsoever about the rooms - absolutely spotless. My concerns lie with mistakes made at reception. I had booked two rooms and in an attempt to put me and my friend on the same floor ended up giving us the same room. This was rectified the moment we realised we both had the same room ...

We had a great stay in this beautiful little cottage. A short drive into lincoln. The cottage had everything we needed for our weekend visit.

Very convenient, central location for our needs to get to Antiques Fairs . Large, clean room / ensuite. Codes to access building and room where semt in plenty of time. One slight issue was codes given to access room had to be reset but while that was happening we were made very welcome in the pub ...
