"Room for all in this cozy and well designed house! We enjoyed having 2 kitchens for our large extended family. Proximity to Gore was not bad - just 25 minutes down the road. We stopped in Bolton Landing for lunch before check in - just 10-15 minutes away - and enjoyed views of Lake George. This house is perfect for any season with its river (5 min walk along the property along a pretty wooded path), 2 fireplaces, firepit by river and hot tub. It had just snowed before we arrived and it was so peaceful. A shovel was handy (though we had to do a little extra clearing for the hot tub and access to the firewood). Game room was great for the kids (but a bit too cold for the adults). There was plenty of sleeping space for all and extra space heaters and fans to keep everyone comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast nook and dining table for family game nights. I would recommend this house if you have a large group or traveling with 2 families."
