"Our first time in Kitchener and we were ,looking for a place to stay for a couple of night close to the hospital. Judging from te reviews, we decided to book. Great choice! The place was very clean, staff super nice and accommodating (we had to extend our stay due to unexpected circumstances and a snow storm) Hot breakfast and coffee and all at a great price. Highly recommend!"

"The room had a few quirks. The drawers on the credenza would not stay closed. And the shower products were not refilled so had nothing to use while in the shower. Other than that it was a nice unit to stay in."

"Room was clean. Check-in was very smooth. I had to drop my mom off to the hospital for surgery in the morning and needed somewhere to stay while waiting, so they offered us a late check out which was very helpful and accommodating. "

"Spacious, clean and very comfortable (lots of pillows). The included breakfast was excellent and had pemeal bacon, sausage, eggs(grated cheese was a plus), white and whole wheat bread, bagels, muffins, short bread cookies, yogurt, cereal, 2 types of make your own waffles with a great assortment of toppings, juice, coffee etc. Coffee and tea was provided in the lobby 24 hours as well as lemon water. There is a bar area which is open until 2:00 am (not really a bar but you can purchase alcoholic beverages). We did not use the pool but it looked decent. There was plenty of free parking and the front desk staff were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again."
