Nice stay and play

The hotel and staff itself was very enjoyable. The breakfast staff and front desk were very helpful when needed. The continental breakfast was very enjoyable with a good variety of choices. Juices, fruits pastrys, dishes, sides, and coffees, made for a fantastic breakfast. There was shopping that was in walking distance that made the stay nice. The pool, sauna, and weight room was definitely an added bonus. The only critic I have about the facility was that the rooms air conditioning system was not able to keep the room at a consistent comfort zone. This made for some uncomfortable times while in the room.

One of the main issues was there was no laundry service, even though there was Bag and price list in the room, staff was absolutely unhelpful. They refuse to give me another option, nor call to different laundry service. So I packed all up and went to shopping mall and by use of Google translate I found out the laundry will be ready I. A week. It was Friday and I needed by Monday. Breakfast not great, insects in the nuts and seeds, when I told them they didn't seem to care....many more problems, mold in bathroom etc
