"It was terrible.we booked this so called hotel at 18.32 and we have arrived at hotel 20.05.by the time we arrived they already locked frint door .thats why we can not check in and we booked another hotel.and we tried to reach by phone no answer even expedia tried to call them no answer.we are waiting ..."
