"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was large and beautifully appointed and the whole villa is stunning and enchantingly restored and decorated. Can’t recommend highly enough we will be back. We also ate the most incredible supper that we are both still talking about thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality,"

"Les Glycines was a really lovely house and we had a fabulous week long holiday. Check in was easy, Frédérique met us at the property and showed us everything, she had even made us some fresh ice cubes and left a bottle of local rosé in the fridge and a bottle of local red wine on the table for our our first evening! Each of the three generous bedrooms had a fan, very welcome in the heat! The parking was in the covered garage so very secure and shaded. The pool was lovely, very clean and a nice space to relax. The garden too was beautiful - lots of places to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The kitchen was well equipped and a barbecue was provided too. Overall, an excellent house, we’d stay again and we’d recommend it to friends."

"Ce moulin est un véritable écrin de bonheur. Au coeur de la nature, au chant des cigales et des oiseaux, nous nous y sommes ressourcés et y avons passé un excellent séjour. Il n'y a aucun vis-à-vis et la quiétude des lieux incite au repos. Le moulin est une maison de caractère, ce qui complète son charme dans ce cadre verdoyant. Le ruisseau en contrebas a contribué à bercer nos nuits."

"We had a great stay. The staff were all quite helpful and very kind. Our room was beautiful and a perfect location, right near the center plaza in Castres. We felt so comfortable in the hotel we made full use of the amenities: afternoon drinks on the terrace, evening meal in the restaurant, and breakfast the next day. All excellent. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel."
