Toppen fint hotell med trevlig personal även om de hade svårt med engelska så försökte dom. Gick med oss för att visa vägen. Maten och vinet i restaurangen vad mycket bra!

Na začiatku nám bola pridelená zlá izba v 3 hviezdičkovej časti. Ale pani riaditeľka bola veľmi ústretová a uvedený omyl nám vykompenzovala. Išlo im o to aby bol zákazník spokojný aj keď došlo k omylu, čiže v konečnom dôsledku sme boli spokojní.

We got a 3 beds room in pavilion VILMA, which is a very old building. On its booking page, there are only photos about their new rooms, no photo or information about the rooms on pavilion VILMA. There is no lift for person, the room is quite old, bed is not very comfortable. I felt be cheated by their photos in Expedia. Breakfast is good.

Aile 'V' un peu vieillotte

Partie centrale de l'hotel très bien, petit déjeuner avec du choix et de la qualité. (spa non testé car très cher). Chambre dans l'aile V très vieillotte, pas pratique (lit dans une alcove accès aux pieds, sans table de nuit). Aucun ménage réalisé en 4 nuits !!!!

This is a great hotel IF you book the 4* rooms. We just booked a room based on the photos on Expedia. When we checked in we were given a 2* room. It was a Soviet room from the past. However when we complained, they moved us to a much nicer room. It was very nice and the breakfast was excellent.

Base location for wine district

We stayed two nights at the hotel. Location is outside the village and if You walk it will take you more than 45 minutes. However, if You want to travel around in the wine region it is a good starting point. The rooms were rather big and comfortable. The breakfast very nice and You could even make Your own fresh orange juice. Unfortually. the reception staff were not very good in English. A construction work was ongoing beside the hotel and make a lot of disturbance daytime. The hotel probably focus on teambildnings events for groups. We had an issue with our car but got very good support from the hotel staff. One afternoon our room was not cleaned (by a mistake in planning) but the management came in both with support and a good compensation for that.

Vyborny servis a krasne prostredie

Novozrekonstruovany rezort s roznymi moznostami pre sportove vyzitie. Pohodlna, stylova izba a interier. Na ranajky bohaty vyber, vseobecne vynikajuce a zazitkove jedlo. V lete k dispozicii vonkajsi velky plavecky bazen. Idealny hotel na prestavku pri pracovnej ceste ako aj pobyt s detmi s roznymi aktivitami. Zaujimavy je atelier s rucnou vyrobou keramiky, ktoru si mozete vlastnorucne vyskusat. Personal nemal problem so ziadnou mojou poziadavkou, vsetci su prijemni a mili. Urcite sa vratim na vikend aj s rodinou :)
