Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus. Die Beschreibung der Gastgeberin ist absolut zutreffend. Wir haben besonders das großzügige Erdgeschoss genossen, um als Gruppe gemütlich zusammen zu sitzen.

Lage im Grünen - trotzdem nah an der Stadt

Für einen Familienausflug haben wir ein Wochenende mit 6 Personen vor Ort verbracht. Die Lage war genau, wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben, im Grünen und trotzdem nah an der Stadt. Aufteilung der Zimmer ist sehr gut. Auch, dass es zwei Toiletten gibt. Viel Ausstattungsmaterial in der Küche, teilweise etwas stark genutzt. Ausreichend Handtuch-Aufhänger im Bad für jeden, das sieht man selten. Leider sind die vorhandenen Vorhänge in den Schlafzimmern nur für den Sichtschutz, aber nicht für Verdunkelung nützlich. Für die Dachfenster gibt es gar keine Möglichkeit. Empfindliche Personen sollten hier Schlafmasken einpacken. Abstriche gibt es auch für leichte Sauberkeitsmängel. Die Dusche ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

Wir haben ein sehr angenehmes Wochenende in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super, die Lage direkt am Naturschutzgebiet auch toll zum Spazierengehen und wir hatten mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Baby ausreichend Platz und Rückzugmöglichkeiten. Herzlichen Dank!

Gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage

Zu empfehlen!

Wir waren sechs Erwachsene, ein Kind und haben uns sehr wohl in dem Häuschen gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht, Kommunikation mit Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Schöner Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit zum Entspannen. Ruhige Lage. Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel mit kurzer Fahrtzeit ins Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeit nah gelegen. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Sylvester in Braunschweig

Nous sommes 2 familles et nous avons loué cette maison pour Sylvester. Les grands espaces au rdc permettent à tous les âges de profiter de moment de jeux et de calme. De belles chambres, et une grande salle de bain à l'étage. La litterie est confortable et nous avions trouvé tout ce qu'il nous fallait dans la maison. Pour des questions, Susanne a toujours été très reactive pour nous aider. Il y a un grand parc tout près avec une grande air de jeux, parfaite pour les enfants.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Für das Familientreffen, für das wir einen Platz gesucht hatten, bot die Wohnung beste Voraussetzungen: reichlich Platz, gute Einteilung der Zimmer, die Sitzgelegenheit im Garten, gute Lage nahe am Zentrum und am Erholungsgebiet, gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. (Wirklich nur kleinere) Abstriche gibt's für Komfort in Küche und Bad, leichte Sauberkeitsmängel. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren sehr glücklich in "unserem" Häuschen. Es war komplett mit allem ausgestattet und ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage war perfekt, im Grünen mit Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und die Ecke. Die Besitzer waren super freundlich, hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Woche.

Sehr erholsam

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Am besten hat uns der naturbelassene große Garten gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man merkt, dass es ihr wichtig ist, dass ihr Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Alles in allem sehr gemütlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Schönes Häuschen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Häusl ist super ausgestattet. Besonders die Terrasse ist herrlich mit der Abendsonne. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und der kleine Edeka für einen Einkauf perfekt. Ringleis und Prinzenpark zu Fuß kein Problem und die Straßenbahn ist auch sehr nah - aber nicht zu hören. ;-) Der Kontakt war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Häuschen im Grünen

Das Haus und vor allem den Garten hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir waren hier 5 Tage und haben jeden Tag im Garten gegessen. Das Häuschen ist sehr gepflegt und alles was man benötigt is da. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr engagiert und hat selbst angeboten unser Wäsche zu waschen, da der Waschmaschine im Haus ausgefallen war.
