"CRAZY!!! How does a hotel run out of blankets? We asked for extra blankets because my daughter is hot natured and I'm cold natured. Zero extra blankets in the entire hotel. Leaves me to question how sanitary the bedding is if there is no back up bedding for guests."

"It wasn’t too bad for the price. Our fridge was broken and it smelled terrible like an electrical fire. So we asked if we could put it outside our door because it smelled up our room. It stayed outside our door for the entire three days we were there. Good thing we brought a cooler or else our food we brought would have went bad. The hair dryer was melted and not usable. We had to make our own beds. The WiFi was hard to connect to as well it would connect and then randomly drop out of now where. The fold out couch beds were pretty bad. They were thin and the springs were poking you. We fixed that though with extra blankets lol. With that said though it was cleanish and thank god there was no bugs. It was quiet and the shower was nice. We had a great working AC. Like I said though for the price we got it at and how long we stayed it wasn’t too bad at all. Just giving more of a heads up. I’ve definitely stayed at worse."

"Absolutely disgusting I cannot believe Hilton has there name on this Charged more than Expedia booked for. Hair in shower would not let us check in early. Rude staff. Will NEVER stay there again. Dirt all over floors no carpet. "

"Had a good experience until I requested a late checkout for today. My father had a HEART ATTACK and was recovering in the room and as a benefits member we can request late checkout times. I spoke to THREE different people who stated the checkout time of 2:00pm was approved and we would have no issues. It’s 11:47 and they already de-activated his key. Unorganized and sad representation of holiday inn express. I stayed 3 nights and was asked on night two if I was a food delivery service… mind you I walked in with my husband and child and our to go food which countless people do. I may have looked a little ragged since I have been day in and out taking care of my father who just had heart surgery but that just seemed so rude, we walked straight in the hotel and were heading to the elevators we didn’t look lost or like we were waiting to deliver food. Horrible experience due to staff. Do not recommend them. Completely unorganized"
