「From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. The room had dishware to use and you get a daily refresh. (No seafood allowed.) Breakfast is in a very cozy dining room. We would have preferred it open earlier but it is worth waiting for. 「The location is very good as it is close to many restaurants, banks, shopping and bars. There is a pub off the lobby but, it was full for a birthday party. No other option was offered to us for food. Though not rude the desk employee wasn't overly friendly either. This hotel needs some serious maintenance, upgrades and deep cleaning.
