This Atrium condo is perfect for your family or small group. You will love the direct access to the green space and Carter Park just behind the building as well as the complex hot tub and close proximity to Downtown Breckenridge!

For even more activities, nearby Carter Park offers sledding in the winter and outdoor tennis courts, pickleball courts and a children's playground in the summer.

AMENITIES – On-site complex amenities include an indoor lounge area, an outdoor hot tub and patio area, a heated parking garage, ski storage and laundry facilities.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and bath/hot tub towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking - Each unit has ONE parking space either in the heated parking garage or outdoor lot
• AWD/4WD Vehicle highly recommended between September 1st & May 31st
• No Pets / No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

Really great location, walkable to restaurants and bars (even in the cold) and very accurate and clean! Loved it! The only thing that could be better is check-in process. While we got the codes for the garage and the front entrance, we didn't receive anything for the actual unit (both email inbox, spam folder, or text) and had to call the on call person to give us the code. Made check in a bit delayed but otherwise the service was good!
