— Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
— Hot tub maintenance: The hot tub is currently inoperable and awaiting service.
— No A/C: Like many mountain homes, this property does not have air conditioning.
— Ski season travel: Roads can be icy—4WD or AWD is highly recommended in winter.
