You’ll have Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace for checking in with work or planning your next outing. Step out to enjoy the building’s communal amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, BBQ grills, a fire pit, and outdoor seating areas. Paid parking is available in the adjoining garage, so you can park the car and explore downtown Breckenridge on foot.

Sleeping:
• Open studio: 1 king bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa (sleeps up to 4)

• Bathroom 1: Full bath with dual vanity and shower/tub combo (hall access within the studio)
Important Things to Note
• Parking: Paid parking is available in the adjoining parking garage. Pay by credit card by scanning the QR code at the parking station or via the “Breck Park Mobile App.”
• Elevator/Accessibility: The building has an elevator maintained by building management. If the elevator is unavailable due to maintenance or outage, stairs will be required.
• Wi-Fi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Laundry: A communal washer and dryer are available in the building.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
Getting Around:
Within about 5 minutes of 505A South Main Street you’ll have short-walk access to Peak 9’s Quicksilver SuperChair at Maggie Pond (near-ski-in via Lower Lehman to the Village area), family fun at the Riverwalk Center, Blue River Plaza and the Breckenridge Arts District, Tenmile Range and pond views, easy entry to the Blue River Rec Path and the Burro Trail, plus nearby Carter Park and the Stephen C. West Ice Arena.
